The title itself is a controversial because many will think how faith and obedience are different. Due to faith, there is obedience and being obedient is a good thing and there can be nothing wrong with that. But there is very thin line between faith and obedience which differentiate its consequences. If you think deeply then you will find that faith comes from heart whereas obedience comes from mind. Hence we always refers to say that ‘he/she is faithful to god’ and ‘he/she is obedient to superiors’ not like ‘he/she is obedient to god’ and ‘he/she is faithful to superiors’.

In my whole life, I always inter mixed them and was in a delusion that though they are different words but it has deeper impact to human relations. Now how this will impact human relations? Let me explain you one thing human relations are based on blood, emotions and necessity.

There might be many other categories but I found these three most important for the foundation of social interaction.

Human relations based on blood are unbreakable even if you deny that relation and forget those who are related to blood but absolute truth is that blood never allows you to break it off until you are dead.

Human relations based on emotions may be temporary and permanent depending upon your emotions, status of that relation changes.

At last, human relation based on necessity is temporary and only depend upon situation and need of that individual changes then the nature as well as the relation itself changes.

Usually, I found that relations based on emotions and some human relations based on blood like relation with father, mother, siblings etc are associated with faith whereas human relations based on necessity and some human relations based on blood are associated with obedience.

I learnt only one thing that when we are truly devoted to someone and also act for wellness of that person then that is faith towards that person whereas when we act only for sense of duty or due to any other type of commitment then that is obedience to that person. When we have faith there will not be selfishness then the idea of betraying anyone never initiates rather when we are obedient to someone then after some consider amount of time our thoughts start deviating and ideas to grab opportunities generate even though it may cost someone else’s future or career or even life. That’s why whenever we are involved in a particular task or activity; we must have faith and trust among those who are working with you otherwise cracks may start developing in those relations.
