Introductions & Pandemics
Nice to virtually meet you!

Hello everyone! My name is Andrea, I’m 25 years old, and live in Nevada! This is my first post on Vocal and am super excited to be able to write to my hearts desire and see if I can relate to the masses out there! Im a really laid back girl who just wants to see if she can change the world, and I’m starting here!

My hubbs ❤️

This is my husband, Tony and he is my rock, my savior, my day to day, my everything. He is my WHY. He is how I survive everything. Plus, isn’t he handsome? 😂

My fur baby children ❤️

These babies are my entire life and the half the reason I live! they are why I get up in the morning and work, work, work!

During this pandemic, I have had to remember why I do what I do everyday to keep us afloat. It’s been a hard transition from normal life to wearing masks no matter where you go, and 1 way isles in the grocery stores, down to 6 feet distancing. Now, everyone knows why we do these things to protect people and that I am fine with, but goodness, has it changed the way people act towards me. I am store manager, and I swear, people these days are on edge, and so quick to be angry. I mean, just yesterday, I got told that women don’t belong in management positions. What a total misogynist! I could not believe what I was hearing! All because he did not want to wear a mask....

However, this pandemic hasn‘t been all bad! I got married! My company has not laid me off, I started to delve a little into myself to see what I like and don’t like, I’ve also started writing and I couldn’t be more grateful for this time to be able to write to my hearts desire and figure out how to navigate this new, crazy world of ours!

Do me a favor, and in your normal travels today, and while you’re reading this, think about what your “why” is. Think about why you do it and who you do it for. I think in today’s day and age, it’s important to remember why you work so hard and why you work so much! Especially in a pandemic, we lose focus of what’s the most important to us.

Thanks for reading, and until next time!

- Andi ❤️
