Insecure people are among us. Here are their most common typologies and how their cognitive mechanism works.

Have you ever wondered how insecure people think or why they become so? If we look in-depth, most of us face certain instabilities, insecurities, that poison our mental perception and are the main reason for failure in certain chapters of our lives. It is not a problem to feel insecure as long as this does not affect our relationship with those around us and we manage to keep it under control or to improve our attitude and mood.

However, many people become insecure to the point where they reject any hope of happiness, become depressed, or make the lives of those around them truly torturous.

Insecure people - the most common typologies

Critics and Lamentations

Critics and Plaintiffs are extremely passive people who do not take responsibility for the actions they take in life. From their point of view, everything happens to them through the fault of external factors or other people. It is useless to try to assure them that everything will be fine because it will not work.

As individuals, Critics and Plaintiffs are aware of their clumsiness and even the slightest ambiguity in interacting with them can be taken as an insult. Moreover, in a discussion, they complain that the interlocutor is not paying attention or does not respect the - things they will never forget. In the relationship, they are extremely annoying and that is why they are not very good in terms of the sentimental chapter.

Talkers

People who talk a lot (words) usually talk about themselves. This is due to selfishness and lack of social sense. However, the main problem that the talkers have is that they do not feel at ease when there is silence and that is why they will always try to say something, anything, just not to shut up.

Most of these people do not understand that they are boring, but rather look like interesting individuals, hard to find. The funny thing is that sometimes the talkers realize that they are not behaving as they should, but they just can't help but talk.

Hypocrites

Hypocrites are also a type of insecure people. Often clumsy or superficial, hypocrites try to "squeeze" from the various people with whom they interact a compliment, no matter how small, through self-pity or not at all sincere criticism of their selves.

The purpose of this type of people is to always "look" better than their peers. Although there is a constant need to be flattered, this thirst for recognition is never enough. We have nothing to gain by standing around this type of person, but not too much to lose.

YES Men and Women

"Yes," men and women are those types of people who are thirsty for love and are convinced that they must be constantly involved in a relationship.

They fall in love at first sight and strive to get involved in a relationship as soon as possible, regardless of the "price" they have to pay. "Yes" men and women do not have their own opinions, they like what they like and those people they fall in love with.

They measure their success according to their "ability" to find a partner. He does not respect his values and often suffers from what frightens him the most - loneliness.

Bottom Line

Trust is one of the most important qualities a person must have. It ranks alongside fairness, honesty, professional ethics, and… love of animals.

However, we must admit that confidence does not grow in trees. You can't even suddenly become confident in a single day. Not! It takes time and dedication to move from feelings of insecurity to genuine self-confidence.

Insecurity can manifest itself in a wide variety of ways, from humble and tiring praise to humiliating others for free or even more. The signs that someone might be very insecure deepen into behaviors that are indeed wrong, no matter how much trust a person lacks.
