Has your level of effort reached the point of fighting talent

In college, based on our majors, camera shooting was a mandatory course for us. I had a male classmate who had reached a point where he was obsessed with the camera. He said, "In my opinion, there is nothing happier than going to shoot dewdrops in the middle of the night. The moment you see the dewdrops come out, your joyful mood can nourish you for days."

He was the hardest-working student in our class. In his junior year, he was accepted by a TV station and became a documentary camera operator.

Nowadays, he does things, without being condescending, as if every job is his starting point, so serious that it is somewhat unbelievable. After hearing me say this, perhaps everyone will say, "What he has achieved now is what he deserves, because his efforts are obvious to everyone." Yes, he holds the mood of getting up in the middle of the night to shoot dewdrops to maintain his photography work, it is not that his talent contributed to his effort, but his effort just made the talent.

I always believe that children who are willing to work hard are generally not too bad luck.

I have an elementary school girl, to practice her English, she went to work in an international hotel, where the daily language of the waiters is English. For the first week, she would call me every day, crying and telling me about the things she encountered. For example, she was complained by a foreign customer because of her "plastic English"; she didn't seal the envelope because of her negligence; and so on, all the series of things, she had to tell me. Sometimes, she even complained: "No one here has any sympathy, and no one comforts me when they see me crying." At that time, I told her, "Is it useful for you to beg others for comfort? Just like what we are doing now, even if I stay up day and night to listen to you talk about these things, I can not help you a bit, can help you, only your efforts.

Fortunately, I have a strong motivation for this elementary school sister. Tormented for a week, did not even beat the idea of retreat. Later, amidst the constant complaints from foreign customers, my elementary school girl's English was as fast as a rocket ascending to the sky. Today, she is fluent in dealing with foreigners and has not made any more low-level mistakes. A few months later, a primary schoolgirl left her job, and the big boss of the hotel even came back from abroad to give her a certificate of outstanding employee and told her, "Here, you are always welcome to come back."

You see, my little sister is not gifted in language, if she had chosen to give up when she was frustrated, then there could not have been everything that happened next, her English may still be at the level of only dare to write dare not speak. But she made the effort and took the step, so that now, in places where foreigners gather, she can answer with ease.

Many people think that it is enough for me to work a little harder than others around me and that it is enough for me to be better than everyone around me. However, if all the people around you are lazy, then you work a little harder than them, and also a little more progress than the lazy, such efforts and progress, and what is the meaning of it?

In our life around, there are also many people who keep complaining: my salary is not as high as others, my academic performance is not as good as others, can not do what they like, etc., but I wonder if these people have thought, in front of the things you should do well, whether you have paid your efforts, whether you have had the idea of doing them well? Many people take not being content with the status quo as an excuse to spend their days muddling through, but it's not. Not satisfied with the current living conditions can be, but not to pay, not to work hard, which is a little too much. As long as you work a little more dedicated, with a little more effort, in the pursuit of ambitious ideals at the same time, but also to keep your part. If even the most basic efforts are not willing to pay, then there is no way to talk about success.

The reason why the successful person is successful is not that he has done how many big things, but he has done the small things to the extreme. Every little thing he does is like grabbing a life-saving straw, and in the end, you realize that what he's holding on to is already a huge tree. Whether it was running, or singles, Xu Sanduo used his best efforts to give, which forged the final soldier king. In this way, success is very simple, the small things to the extreme, natural will be able to control the big things; the effort to the extreme, talent will no longer be an excuse.

Life, learning, and work, are made possible by a small thing. Therefore, do not despise the small things, do not exaggerate your efforts, and please quietly, and work hard. When every bit of effort you put in is worthy of your work and study, at that time, you will find that your life has been quietly changed by these small things.
