In this article I will tell you many ways to lose weight in 30 days.

There are two types of weight.

1)Over Weight

2)Under Weight

In this article I will tell you many ways to reduce weight.

There are many people in the world who are obese or overweight.

Obesity is the another term use for overweight. Obesity is the mother of all diseases. If a person become obese or overweight then it becomes very difficult to reduce weight. Weight loss is the most difficult action. Obesity is the leading cause of hypertension, high blood pressure, heart attack, high cholesterol level, dizziness, sleepiness ,laziness etc. The people who are overweight have very low confidence because they thought that what people think about them. If you want to know that you are obese or not then go to the any search engine and search BMI Calculator. Put your age, height and weight in that website, and after some time that website tell you that you are obese or not. Three types of weights are told by BMI Calculator website. These are overweight, underweight and normal weight. If you have normal weight. It means that you are totally fit and if you have overweight then you need to attain tension. There are some ways to lose weight. I will tell you some ways. So, Lets begin.

1)EXERCISE DAILY:

If you do exercise daily for 10 minutes then your weight will lose quickly. The best time of exercise is in morning. Morning exercise is best for lose weight. The exercises that lose weight are sit-stand, squats, pushups, back push-ups, wall pushups, toe touching exercise etc. So if you want to lose weight then make habit of doing exercise daily.

Morning walk is another best way of weight lose. By doing morning walk you will fresh full day. The fresh air you inhale during morning is curative for any problem or illness. "A SOUND BODY HAS A SOUND MIND". So if you want to lose weight then make a habit of doing morning walk daily for almost 30 minutes.

3)HEALTHY DIET:

If you do exercise and morning walk but don't take healthy diet, then there is no advantages of exercise and morning walk. Taking healthy diet is key to lose weight. Healthy diet contains fruits, vegetables, cereals, wheat, boiled rice etc. So if you take healthy diet then you will lose weight.
