"Life changes are a bad thing." The fear of change is hidden in the subconscious of every human being. They are good only at first sight, for a regular coffee in the regular cafe with ordinary friends. When an action has to be taken, many are stopped by the inevitable worries of change.

Should I change jobs? I will have to go to interviews again, learn something new, get to know the team. Should I move to another country? That involves a lot of worries. Start a family? Aha! When it comes time to take action, many are overwhelmed with fear. How to avoid them? Read on.

Do what you are afraid of as often and as often as possible

This is the main rule in the fight against phobias. You are afraid of heights - climb the highest step. Are you afraid of clowns? Then buy a circus pass. Are you afraid of change? To bypass this, you should do something new regularly every day! Get used to these sensations, thinking that nothing terrible or inevitable is happening.

2 Kitchen

Start preparing 1–2 new dishes a week. Astonish those in the house and yourself. Search the internet for quick and tasty recipes, ask your mom and grandma - it's useful in every way.

3 Shopping

Buy regular products, but from other manufacturers. Try something new. Go into those sections of the store where you usually have nothing to look for. Study the assortment. Find something interesting.

4 The interior

Make a change. Start by moving the furniture. Buy a new tablecloth in the kitchen. Use another blanket. Put a picture on the wall. Change something in the most stable living area - at home.

5 Appearance

In this respect, it is the most complicated. Many are afraid to experiment with their appearance. It is not necessary to cut your hair short, change your hair color, or get a tattoo. You can start the change with a new haircut or buy your clothes in a different style, which you previously ignored.

6 Try to think positively

For a start, try to catch the moment when negative thoughts surround you. This is the first step, just to realize this - it already means a lot, few can do it! When you learn to catch negative thoughts in flight, start controlling them and with an effort force yourself to find positive aspects in the created situation. Forget the phrases "bad incident", "bad luck", "I'm unlucky", etc.

7 Learn to understand and accept

One thing is stable in life - nothing is stable. Changes are what has been, is, and always will be. That is right. This is a part of life. You have nowhere to hide from her. If you have illusions that life is stable, you will be disappointed again and again. And you will live in pain. Only those who can change, those who are flexible, those who are on the move - will be able to adapt and survive. Even to survive and be happy.

8 Don't oppose

The more you resist, the more pressure you put on yourself. But when you relax and let things go on their own, then the pressure drops or disappears altogether. Relax, trust others, and try to enjoy yourself. From life. From the process. From your inner agreement with the world as it is.

Because you can't change the world.

It's as simple as it gets. You can't change the world and what's going on in it. The world is much stronger than you. The sooner you understand this, the sooner the world will cease to be your enemy and become your strongest ally. This is the secret of success for the strongest (by the way, strong, but not all-powerful!).

9 Change as soon as possible

More often than not, fears and expectations about the future are much worse than the actual changes. If you have something to change, take it and change it as soon as possible! Procrastination is like a black hole, which ultimately takes your life.
