When we do good deeds, not only do we help those around us, but we also feel good. Here are 13 simple changes with a healing emotional vibration.

13 slight changes with healing emotional vibration

When we do good deeds, not only do we help those around us, but we also feel good. When we go to bed on the pillow in the evening and think about what we did that day, many of us may not remember anything significant. What if this changed with … a good deed?

Good deeds cost you nothing, they are free, but they bring you emotional benefits. It is possible that the person we have done good with will not be able to reward us, but our true reward comes from the emotion of the moment, the happiness and joy that the other's smile gives us. Doing good means small but significant things.

It happened to me once to be at the airport, after many hours of flying, and to ask, kindly, from which band to pick up my luggage. Instead of telling me a simple "about it" and pointing to my right or left, because they were in front of us, he behaved badly and started telling me ironically to be more careful with monitors than earlier, in the hallway, it said on which lane the baggage of flight x would be unloaded.

Besides the fact that the explanation I was asking for was much easier to give than his "quarrel", it also caused me a state of discomfort. It had been a simple question. Nobody likes cash registers (for example, we don't generalize) for the same reason: they are mean.

You don't like the way he treats you, so you can imagine how a man you would treat him would feel. The key? It won't cost you anything to look nicer, have a warmer tone, and be more benevolent. You will see that, in turn, those people will treat you nicely because it is simple and because you have common sense.

So … what are the small changes that we can make but that guarantee our well-being?

Smile!

It is said that the cheapest but most beautiful accessory that anyone can wear to beautify their wardrobe is the smile. The smile conquers, it transmits positive emotions, well-being, and joy. Every beautiful day starts with a smile.

Be kind

Even if you are standing in an incredibly long queue, it's nice to replace nervousness with a kind word. If someone asks you something, answer them in a friendly and kind way.

If you see that someone in your office is sad, go and tell them something nice, good. If you're on the subway in the morning and it's crowded, you sit down, but a pregnant woman or a grandmother gets on, give her your seat. When driving, stop at crosswalks and give priority. If you happen to step on someone because of the crowds, apologize.

Say "thank you"

Saying "thank you" is no big deal, but not everyone says it. Why? I do not know. Even if it's not a big deal, it matters. Imagine that you offer something to someone, and even if you do it the way you want, that person does not thank you. It's not pretty, is it?

Remember old friends

Do you remember your high school classmate? You probably got along well, took exams, learned together, spent time together, and so on. You probably haven't talked in a long time. You can surprise her and call her to see just how she's doing.

Say "yes"

If you have time, you can and should, say "yes" to the demands of those around you.

Say "No"

Sometimes it is very difficult to say no because we are afraid of hurting the feelings of those around us. But for those around us, it is better to know when it comes to No because otherwise, they might wait, hope, etc.

Clean your closet and give away the things you don't wear anymore

There are always things that we no longer wear, that we no longer wear or that we no longer like. Make others happy with these things. Maybe they don't.

Recycle your electronics

When you decide to buy a new TV, do not throw away the old one, but donate it to a children's home, an old people's home, a non-profit organization that supports gender causes, etc. There are many solutions.

Do something for someone

For example, you can be the one to turn on the espresso machine in the morning and everyone in the office will have coffee. Wash dishes or sweep at home even if it's not your turn or even if you don't have to. Buy someone flowers even if it's not March 1st (yet).

Be a volunteer

Get involved in volunteer work. A helping hand is needed everywhere.

Plant a tree

You like it when you go to the mountains of the park and you feel the fresh air that in turn floods your nose, lungs, brain, and soul. Why not contribute to this good?

Donate money

If you do not have money to donate, you can redirect your 2% of the tax to a foundation, to an organization that supports education, poor children, the elderly, etc. It's your choice.

Donate blood

If you do not have any medical problems, you can donate blood. Many people's lives depend on blood transfusions.
