Their Adventure into the Fall of the Bermuda

“Wait, do any of you feel that?” Mandy asks as the boat starts to rock from side to side. “No, feel what?” Everybody asks. As soon as they asked, they heard a thump out on the deck. They all are looking in the direction the sound came from. All of their eyes huge. Their hearts thumping out of their chests. Then suddenly they see a light out on the deck. Then all of the guys stood up and walked out towards the deck. “What are you all doing?!” Mandy yells. “Have you lost your minds?!” She continues screaming.

“This isn’t good! This isn’t good!” She thinks to herself. She walks out onto the deck to see what was happening. She looks at all three of the guys. They were all just staring straight ahead. Into the light. Like they were hypnotized or something. “Guys!” She yells. But they didn’t even flinch. “I have to do something.” She whispers to herself. “Rope!” She yells.

She runs down to the storage room and grabs some thick rope. She runs back onto the deck and notices that they started walking towards the light. She quickly ties them up as fast as she can. She wraps them with it about four times and triple knotted it. As soon as she was done tying it, she went inside the living area and started pulling them through the door as hard as she could. “One yank. Two yanks. Three… yanks!” She grunted. After that last yank, they all came tumbling inside and the light disappeared. Then Mandy heard something plop back into the ocean.

“What the hell guys?!” She yells. “Why were you all frozen like that?!” “I don’t… I don’t know. She was so beautiful though.” Aki says. “Um… who exactly?” Mandy asks. “The woman that was out on the deck. She had long beautiful black hair, with seaweed intwined with it. She had these shells as a bra and bright blue eyes. Her clothes were ripped perfectly too. She was so…”

Before Aki could finish, a creature bursts through their door. They all turn and face the creature. Its skin was green and wrinkly while its hair was all tangled up in knots. “Jeez, you’re one ugly creature.’ Mandy says. She starts to look around at her friends. They’re all hypnotized again. “What the fuck is going on?” She asks herself. She tries to produce an idea but her minds blank. The guys then start to stand up and start walking towards the creature. Like she was just drawing them in. She starts panicking. She doesn’t know what to do. Then finally an idea pops up. She runs into the storage room and grabs a shotgun and pistol. She runs back upstairs pointing the two guns in front of her.

She runs in front of her friends and shoots the shotgun one time. The shotgun makes Mandy jolt back a couple of feet from the kickback. But she made sure it hit the creatures’ stomach with the hot bullet. Then she starts shooting off the pistol about five times, making sure that the creature is dead. Mandy turns around and notices the guys are in shock. “Why’d you kill her?!” They all asked. “She wasn’t human. Get that through your minds. Now I did the killing, so you do the cleaning. Maybe then you’ll notice what creature she actually was.” Mandy says while walking away.

The guys start to walk towards it to clean it up, but its aroma was to strong. They all jumped back, covering their faces from the dead fish smell that was coming from it. “What do you think it is?” Eric asks. “It’s a siren, duh.” Mandy responds as she plops onto the couch, kicking her legs up. “But… sirens… they aren’t real.” Aki says in shock just looking at the mangled-up creature. He doesn’t want to believe that there are creatures out here with the power to hypnotize him and make him walk into his own death. He doesn’t want to believe that someone could have that much power over him. “They can’t be!” He jolts up and yells.

Mandy swings her legs forward, gripping onto the couch. “They can’t know. Not yet. They probably wouldn’t even believe me. They’ll find out everything eventually. The truth about everything.” She thinks to herself. “You see it, literally right in front of you. Yet you still choose to deny what you see?” Mandy asks Aki. “How are they so powerful?” He asks. “Yeah, how come they have pure control over men like that?” Eric and Leeroy ask. “It’s their voices. They made it where their voices hypnotize men because they assume you are weak when it comes to a pretty woman. So, they sing, putting you into a trance, making you all think they’re gorgeous, and then they try to lure you into the water, where you will die, and they will eat.” Mandy replies.

“How do you know this?” Leeroy asks. “Lots of research.” She replies with a smile. She then kicks her feet back up and continues watching tv while the guys try and clean up the mess.

“This is disgusting…”’ Aki says. The creatures’ flesh is already starting to rot. They’re starting to see the bones of the creature. Her skin is decaying into the floor, staining it. Then all of a sudden, her body starts to boil. All of the guys back up wondering what the hell was going on. Then Mandy jolts up, puts gloves on, quickly picks her up and throws her overboard. “Now, how hard was that?” She asks them. “Why’d she start to boil like that?” They all ask. “Um, I’m not quite sure. Different creatures. Unusual ways of rotting I guess.” She replies.
