They all start to scrub the floor, hoping to get the stain out. They’re using all kinds of chemicals from bathroom cleaners to pine-sol. They kept scrubbing and scrubbing. Trying everything they could to get the nasty stain out but to no avail. Nothing would work. Mid scrub, Mandy decides to look outside. She notices a weird light. Just like the one that one siren had. “Oh no.” She says. The guys look up to see what she was saying oh no about but before they could, Mandy smacks them all as hard as she could and urged them to go downstairs. “What if you need help?!” They kept yelling but she knew she would be okay. They can’t hypnotize her like they can the men. She just wants to make sure that they’re safe. Then they started singing and Mandy could hear it this time.

“It’s dangerous here,

Here in this ocean full of wonders,

Come into my realm,

My darling,

Let me take you into my slumber,

Away into my abyss,

Deep down under,

Let me take your breath away,

And fill your lungs with water,

Let you be my everlasting love,

Take your soul and heart away,

Away into my abyss.”

Then she heard someone call her name. She looked back at the storage room door to see if it was coming from her friends but then she heard her name again. It was coming from the deck. “How do you know my name?” She asks. “Well, aren’t you the princess of that one city that was captured, my sweet darling?” One of them ask as they walk closer to the door where she can see them. Mandy is still on her knees looking up at the siren, wondering how the hell she knew her. It’s been years since her city fell. She was five when it happened. She doesn’t really remember much. She was told to tell everybody she was from the Dominican Republic and that nobody would ask questions.

“How do you know me?” Mandy asks as tears fall down her face. The siren noticed how sad she was. She felt her pain. “Now my dear. I’m not your enemy. We were allies of your city and the other ones. We’re not evil. We’re your friends. But those men on your boat are our food. Without them, we’ll starve. How about we make a deal?” The siren asks. “What kind of deal?” Mandy asks, already knowing that they’re going to offer her something in return for her friends. No matter what, she wasn’t going to let them die.

“Your family, they’re still alive. They are just imprisoned. You can save them with our help. Just give us your littler perverted friends, and we’ll take you to your family.” The siren offers. But Mandy refuses. She knows that she can find her family on her own. She doesn’t need the sirens help. “You best be on your way. I’m not giving up my friends.” She demands as she stands up. “Okay, so enemies it is. Excellent choice.” The siren says with an evil laugh. “Just wait. You’ll pay for letting our people starve, you will.” It continues as she jumps into the water.

As soon as the siren jumps back in the water, the boat starts rumbling. Mandy looks down at the ground wondering what the siren was doing. “She’s probably using whatever is left of her power to try and make the boat crumble into pieces.” Mandy thinks to herself.

Without another thought, Mandy runs out onto the deck and jumps into the water with the shotgun. She looks around for the siren but doesn’t see it. Suddenly, she feels something grab her leg. She looks down and notices that it’s the siren. It’s pulling her down under the water. Then it suddenly stops. Mandy looks down and notices that it was swimming up, getting closer to her face. But it didn’t have green skin anymore or mangled hair. Her skin, it was the most perfect skin she’s ever seen, her hair was flowing with the water, and her eyes. “Oh my, her eyes.” Mandy thought to herself in amazement. Her eyes were a bright blue and the way it looked her in the eyes. Mandy felt like she was in love.

The siren then starts to wrap its legs around Mandy’s and starts gripping her face with its soft hand. It inched closer and closer to her face and slowly started to kiss her. They started wrapping each other’s tongues around one another. Making out slowly. Then the siren slips its fingers into Mandy’s pants. Fingering her slowly making sure that she wouldn’t notice that it was taking her soul right out of her body with every kiss.

Then a loud boom sounded. Mandy snaps out of the trance. She starts looking around. She decides to look down and notices the siren swimming away from her. She continues to look around to see what that boom was, but she couldn’t see anything. Then someone grabs one of her hands and starts pulling her up.

They finally make it to the surface of the ocean. Mandy immediately takes a huge gasp of air. Then she hears a familiar voice say, “are you okay?” She looks to see who it was. “Eric!” She yells. “Thank you! Thank you!” She kept repeating. Then Aki and Leeroy throw down some lifebuoys to help reel them in. They try to reel them in as fast as they can before the siren changes its mind and comes back.

“Alright, we’re going to pull Mandy up first! Eric hold on just a little bit longer!” Leeroy yells. They start pulling the rope connected to the lifebuoy as hard as they can. Mandy’s holding on to the floatie for dear life. Praying she isn’t going to fall back into the icy water. She keeps looking down, watching Eric and the water around him. Just to try and see if anything comes near him. Finally, she reaches the dock of the boat and leaps over the railing and starts standing right next to Aki and Leeroy.

“Eric! You ready!” She yells. Then suddenly she sees something swimming towards Eric. She doesn’t know what it is but its swimming extremely fast. “Pull him up, now!!” She screams. They all start pulling on the rope. Trying to make him come up as fast as he can. “Come on!!” She yells again. Eric’s halfway up the boat. He’s looking down to see if he can make out what creature it is but to no avail. “Just a little farther!” Aki yells. Eric keeps looking down then he squints his eyes a little bit and notices that there’s a fin. “At least it’s not another siren.” He thinks to himself. The animal is still going towards the boat as Eric climbs over the railing. It finally jumps up out of the water. They look over to see what it was. “Whew. It was just a dolphin.” Mandy says in relief.
