Human's are such easy prey..

October 26th, it was your average fall afternoon, autumn leaves covering the ground and the weather perfect for your favorite sweater. the town was quiet , which is normal considering the population being only 20,000. but it was quieter than usual. Ever since the strange disappearance's of several people and their bodies being found with organs going missing, many had speculations..and all these people being regulars of the church in the middle of a crop field makes it all the more weird. The Sheriff's Office eventually had no idea how to stop the disappearance's and shut down the church all together. Although they had no idea that was a mistake. A male in a black hoodie and blue jeans fitted in black boots walked down the crop field's path , he wore a black cap and a cloth that covered the lower half of his face. he walked a little further and stopped momentarily. he walked over to a tall crop and saw blood on it, it was fresh, he looked around on the floor scanning. signs of something being dragged, as well as struggle. he kept walking until he reached the large church, it was probably made in the 1500's , it looked so ancient and you can tell it went through rough weather. He looked around and decided to take the back entrance, was that a good choice? only one way to find out.

He walked inside and looked around sharply head on a swivel. Nothing..it was dark and the only light coming into the church was the sunset. he checked his watch -6:40- , he walked around until he found the walkway to downstairs open and walked down quietly , the flooring went from wood to stone as we walked further down , the church soon became even more creepy than it was on the outside, as a tunnel system was now seen and lit by blue fire emitting from candle's on the wall. the male looked around and saw an old axe leaning against the wall, he picked it up and walked down the pathway that was lit, Andreas Elerium was his name, 22 years old and instead of spending his evening drinking with his college mates or talking to a female, is a supernatural vigilante fighting drakes, elves, and all of the above before sunday morning, what most people think is a fantasy or fairytale is either having coffee right next to them, or their history teacher. He found an altar and rose his eyebrow examining it, the carcass of the town's priest was...disembowled and almost..displayed. he looked around and looked at a very intriguing detail on the body. "Now that's....not...human." The Priest's face was a disfigured wolf , his eyes widended and the hairs on his body stood up, he heard the footsteps of something heavy and turned around quickly to see a tall lean beast stand upright in the shadows of the candles, it pounced in his direction but he got out of the way quickly, it was a lycan. it looked down at him with sulfuric eyes and he rose the axe stepping backwards slowly, it striked at him with animosity , the weight and speed of it's attacks heard in the wind. he struck at it and blocked a few of it's attack's with the handle of the Axe, he ducked and struck the axe into the lycan's side causing it to stumble and he swung hard at its face breaking the axe, he looked at the piece of wood leftover and mumbled "the fuck.." it backhanded him into the wall and then threw him across the pathway, he got up quickly and started running , the lycan hopped off the walls of the pathway , he ran upstairs and when the lycan reached upstairs Andreas was nowhere to be seen. "You're faster than the other's i hunted-" the lycan's layered female voice was interrupted by a crowbar to the face, it collapsed and he tapped the crowbar against the wooden church bench, "Shut up and fight." he glared as warm blood slid down his nose , the lycan got up and began it's volley of attack's , Andrea's traded blow's with the crowbar surprising the lycan with his speed and strength, it grabbed a church altar and launched it at him , he dodged and wasn't able to dodge the next attack, the lycan slashed his torso and it sent him flying through the church's wall. he rolled through the dirt and got up groaning "okay...okay that one hurt." he grabbed his torso and the lightweight armor he had under his jacket was exposed, the lycan ran outside towards him and he rose his hand causing a combustion of flame to hit the lycan and unintentionally the church, he looked surprised and looked at the church caught aflame. The Lycan squirmed in pain from the pain and got up and pounced at him , Andreas roundhouse kicked it to the ground and ran to grab the crowbar , the lycan was behind him already, he clenched the crowbar and backhanded it with full force, black blood drawn. it stumbled and he twirled in the air and hit it again grunting loudly, the lycan dropped. "Human's are such easy prey...what are you." he whacked it again knocking it unresponsive. He hit again, and again, and again until the skull of the lycan cracked and popped. he stumbled from the fatigue and wiped the blood off his mouth. he looked around and saw cop siren's on the crop field's trail. he ran into the field and disappeared into the vegetation. watching the cops come to what was...a fucking mess.
