Enter the mines pt. 1

Andreas and Moira arrived at the Morgue a quarter after 6 , Prior to this they ate thai food and andreas took a well needed nap in the car on the way there. They walked inside and Moira cleared her throat "it's this one." they walked up to the metallic coffin in the wall and pulled it out, Andreas observed the room and then looked at the body "Hm.." he stood next to it and observed the chest area , he quietly stared at it. Moira looked around in an uneasy manor. the building was like a refrigerator and everybody in the room was from the past month, people she knew and interacted with on the daily, she was the sheriff after all. She breathed hard and looked at Andreas "what are you doing.." , he shook his head "Yeah i'm gonna have to go deeper." Moira's eyes fixated on him sharply "Huh..?" The grey rings on his eyes glowed warmly and he put his hand on the body "Sh." he stared blankly but you could tell he was focusing. He was reading the trauma the body stored within itself , it's how he's able to track situation's that don't leave any physical marks, it's how he was able to know a djinn was attacking Moira and her son's minds.

"It's a Wraith.." he looked at her , She walked over to him 'Aren't those supposed to be you know..trapped in hell.' he rubbed his head as the same ominous howling crashed into his mind "Yeah the only reason why they are around is if the veil is pierced." he sighed deeply 'Pierced..' she looked at the ground "Means that other realms are trying to enter ours..including hellish ones." he said holding his head 'Hellish ones...?' she looked at him 'You okay...?' All this talk about hell and him acting like that got her anxious , dealing with criminals is one thing , dealing with this is still not her playing field.

He got extremely hot and his eye's were in pain and he leaned against the surgical desk, his eyes felt like soap was in them and he couldn't get it out..he rubbed them "yeah..yeah" the howling faded away and his eyes didn't return to normal. She grabbed his face "You're burning up.." she pulled his face down to see under his eyelid , bloodshot "Your eyes are bloodshot" he looked at her "I'm okay...just a little under the weather." she looked at his eyes and his facial features , she never realised the small scar's until now , her radio went off and comms told her that the mayor's office was being attacked by..they don't know. "We need to go.." he walked past her 'Yeah..' she followed him, they got in her truck , she turned on the siren and rushed to the scene...

Blood painted the white marble on the floor and security was no more, a security guard was getting torn open by a male in leather biker clothing. A female cop shot at him with her shotgun, and he stopped and looked at her. His face was elongated and looked very similar to an insect. Her eyes widened and she kept shooting at it, she ran out of ammo. it gained it's footing and ran at her with incredible speed but she struck it with the stock of her pump action and slipped a slug into it shooting it and sending it into the wall so she could run into a different room. It regenerated and stood up and screeched loudly , the walls vibrated and the electricity went shut down in the entire building. Causing Emergency power to activate leaving the building in a ominous red blinking light and darkness.

In the mayor's office , the room was barricaded and guarded tightly , Mayor Mercedes Romano and her daughter stood by the wall and away from windows. "this is going to be public , you won't be able to keep this under wraps. too many casualties." Her Assistant said quietly "i know.." she said glaring at the door. Her daughter quietly stared at the door and they all flinched as something slammed against the wall over, and over again. there were guards standing ready to shoot and cops were outside fighting with all the ammo they could muster. But they all dropped like flies...the Door slammed open and stunned some of the guards , some shot at the wraith but it wasn't much as the wraith "teleported" around them and slashed them open. The guards were defeated and the wraith looked at the mayor, the assistant, and the daughter.

It was about to pounce at the mayor and the daughter's nails began to grow longer when a bullet went straight through it's head and it dropped , the bullet came from a sniper several rooftops away. it was Moira 'Guess those bullets you made actual worked..' Andreas ran in "Mhm." the wraith got up and she shot it again making it stumble , Andreas had a cloth wrapped around the lower half of his face and roundhouse kicked the wraith causing the wraith to stumble back, he punched it several times, and it teleported around instantaneously attacking him from different angles. He grunted and fell over but kicked it's knee inwards , pulling out a knife that glowed white and slashed it's stomach, elbowed it's face, and slashed it's face open. It's face sizzled and it backhanded Andrea's with pyrokinetic force, some of his clothing burned and turned into ash. The Daughter was surprisingly fast and swung at the wraith but it twirled into a phantom like blur of darkness and flew through the window. Andrea's stood up and looked around , the mayor looked at her daughter "Thalia that was dangerous..don't ever do that again." She hugged her daughter , Thalia hugged her and looked at Moira enter the room, Moira looked around and then walked over to Andreas 'I need a AO429 immediately we have several officers down, repeat AO429 immediately.' Andreas stood up and rose his hand "I'm Alright.." and looked at Thalia , Thalia looked at him and he looked away. Officer's and Emt's ran into the mayor's building and entered the office. They checked on the mayor and thalia and when Moira turned to look at Andreas, he was gone.

Andreas sat on top of building and took off the cloth from his face, he felt another episode flowing in like boiling water from a kettle, he walked over to a wall and leaned against it. Thalia looked at the ceiling and held her mother's arm "I'm going to get some fresh air i feel cramped in here..anxiety." , 'Okay honey come back in when you feel better.' Thalia walked out the office and past the bodies rubbing her arm's and sniffling as she walked past the officer's, she walked to the staircase and when she walked past them her entire demeanor changed , she walked up the stairs quickly , Andreas sensed someone coming up the stairs..he stood up and walked towards the edge of the roof, when she opened the door to the roof no one was there she looked around for a few moments. he hung on a metal structure in the dark and watched her , they both sensed each other , the pressure was heavy and was like a fire and lightning rushing like a powerful stream in the mountains. the mountains being them. She bit her lip and walked back inside. And the pressure slowly died down.

The Wraith walked into the mines in the outskirts of the town and reached inside it's body pulling out an orb. 'I've found them and now, the undertaking can finally start.' the ground cracked and sizzled in heat within the mines and different creature's were heard deep within the mine's like a hive of bees rattled. The Deformed man pulled out a glowing syringe and jammed it into his chest and he started vibrating violently transforming into something wicked, straight from hell.
