Victor's takeover of Ashland Locke's company causes chaos in Genoa City

For several weeks on The Young and the Restless, everyone who mentions Ashland Locke has made him out to be a force to be reckoned with, even dubbing him the "Lockeness Monster." Kyle and Summer have had the fear of this man put in them by Theo, Sally, and his wife Tara. Now according to Celeb Dirty Laundry spoilers, Victor Newman is making a hostile takeover of Locke's company, Cyaxares. This is obviously the reason Ashland and his wife are coming to Genoa City and spoilers suggest there will be a chain reaction that will unleash chaos on a number of people.

Lily and Billy

Lily is concerned that Victor will use his acquisition to destroy Chancecom. The Newman patriarch loved Kay Chancellor but he loathes "Billy Boy Abbott" who Jill hired with Lily to run the media division of Katherine's legacy. Victor always has ulterior motives for whatever he does and viewers knew he would not sit idly by while his daughter ran Newman Enterprises. If Victor did go after Chancecom this would probably bring Jill back to Genoa City and there would be a literal media war taking place.

Kyle and Summer

The fact that Kyle had an affair with Ashland Locke's wife and fathered her 3 year old son is big news. On Wednesday Kyle asked Traci questions about his dad's reaction upon finding out that Diane's son was also his child. Traci told her nephew that from day one Jack wanted Kyle in his life. This conversation is probably leading to Kyle wanting visitation rights and to acknowledge publically that Harrison is his child. On Thursday he finally told Summer the truth and she was pretty supportive. When he mentioned that Tara wanted to pretend that none of this had happened, Summer pointed out that Kyle had a right to see his son.

Kyle is worried that Harrison might be disowned by the only father he has ever known and wants to tread carefully. He knows this man is big trouble but since Victor was able to acquire Locke's company, so easily there must have been financial issues. Perhaps this hostile takeover might cause Ashland Locke to dial it down a bit. On the other hand, he might be coming to Genoa City to attempt to get his company back, or somehow punish Victor. If he is in fight mode then the Lockness Monster will be livid to find out that the child he has been raising for 3 years is not his son. He may come after Kyle with everything he's got and this will draw Phyllis deeper into her daughter's personal business.

Phyllis

Phyllis is fiercely protective of Summer and is always looking for a cause. Recently she has had Sally Spectra on her radar and telling anyone who will listen that Jack should not be dating the redhead. When Phyllis finds out the entire story about Kyle's affair she will go after Sally and if Ashland Locke makes trouble that hurts Summer, he will probably incur the wrath of her mother. This will naturally cause Nick to become involved and when he finds out about his brother's role in all of this he will be furious with his father again.

Adam

Victor has asked Adam to run his new company and his second son has agreed. Victoria has no idea but spoilers say in an attempt to get Victor to back off, Lily might reveal this information to her rival. Vicki and Nicholas cannot stand it when Victor goes overboard trying to help Adam. They know it will end in disaster and are tired of the same old situation rearing it's head. Victor is no doubt trying to placate Adam because Victoria is running the family business. He obviously thinks that if he gives his son a different company to run then all will be well. Ashton Locke could set his sights on Adam because he is the man who

Victoria

Vicki is jealous of her ex husband's new relationship. If Lily reaches out and tries to give her rival a heads up abotu Adam's new job, Victori wil probably respond in a critical manner. There is no way for Lily to make Billy's ex accept this relationship so she should nto even try. Even though she is running Newman Enterprises, Vicki will be angry that once again her dad is going out of his way to apease Adam.
