Theo sues the Abbotts on The Young and the Restless

Many fans of The Young and the Restless have been waiting for Theo Vanderway to turn his life around but that’s probably not going to happen. Recent events have caused him to feel even more allueanatec by his new kin folk. According to Celebrity Cheat Sheet he has revenge on his mind and will soon act on it. You can read the article here. Theo is allegedly Hong to sue his family for Dina's inheritance. His grounds for such an action are unclear, but more than likely are related to how the Abbotts have been treating hm. This law suit should not be surprising considering what took place shortly before his grandmother died.

All of her loved ones were at Dina’s side when she passed away except for her first grandson, Jack, Ashley, Traci, Kyle, and Abby were all in attendance in the family home and many viewers wondered why Theo was not invited. Kyle later ran into his cousin and shared how everyone was at Dina’s side and the look on Theo’s face spoke volumes. His new family had gathere together but no one thought of him. Later, Theo did gather with his extended family but it was only to receive another shocking blow. Portions of the tears of love necklace had been made into items of jewelry for Dina’s children and two legitimate grandchildren, Theo realized that he had not been presented with a momento to remember his grandma as everyone else had.

It’s one hug for Kyle to hold onto animosity towards his cousin but the other Abbotts should have been more sensitive, It must have been painful for Theo to look around the room and see a necklace, bracelet, earrings, and tie clip all are from a portion of his grandmother’s jewelry, yet nothing was given to him. Theo has continued to make decisions that are aimed at hurting Kyle. When his cousin and Summer were having difficulties , Theo quickly posted online about the breakup. He also ncouraged Lola to figh to get he husband back.

Celeb Forty Laundry suggests that Theo will sue the Abbots for a larger share of Dina’s estate but what if he never in he will at all? There never was an episode where Jack told his nephew that he was officially listed as an heir in Dina’s will. Madame Mergeron was no nnabmental capacity to officially acknowledge Theo Vanderway as her grandchild. Under the circumstances, Jack being the first born Abbott would most likely have his mother’s power of attorney. Even if he is not the one in charge, he is the one who called the family together as his mother was dying and Jack divided the year drop leaving Theo out. Will Theo become the Adam of the Abbott clan?

Adam has terrorized his father and siblings non stop for years in an attempt to gain Victo’s love. Theo has already shown he is vindictive and this situation with Dina’s death might push him over the edge. He brought Zoe to Genoa City and did everything he could to bust up Kyle and Loa. He even eventually slept with Kyle’s ex wife. He probably only dated Summer as a way to stick it to his cousin, Although Jack is mostly responsible for recent events Kyle said something that had to cut Theo deeply. When Theo pointed out that he was Dina’s first grandchild, Kyle told him that their grandma did not even want Theo’s dad.

Just like Adam, Theo is the black sheep of the family and he actually is not an Abbott. He and Ashley share Dina but neither has the blood of John Abbott running through their veins. The difference is that Ashley was loved by John and raised as his daughter. Theo is a Johnny come lately, and a reminder that Dina cheated on John although they were not married at the time. Theo is actually a descendant of Stuart Brooks and probably should be investigating that side of his family tree. It’s possible that those who watch The Young and the Restless may not desire to see Theo turned into a clone of Adam. If he does contest his grandmother’s will and initiate a lawsuit he will be wel on his way to becoming the thorn in the sides of his grandmother’s heirs. One Adam Newman is way too much in Genoa City but fans can only wait and watch to see how Theo responds to his pain in the future.
