The Young and the Restless: Newman apples don't fall far from the tree

One thing that viewers of The Young and the Restless know to be true is that the Newman siblings all at times let the world know by their actions that they are indeed their father's children. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) is doing just that as she runs the family business and also reminds Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) that she is currently in the driver's seat.

Spoilers indicate that her siblings Nicholas Newman (Josh Morrow) and Adam Newman ( Mark Grossman) will both soon make decisions that will clear the air regarding what their intentions are in certain situations. One brother will take a stand in his personal life while the other will decide to mix business and family. Both will stand their ground just as their father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) would do.

The Young and the Restless: Adam makes his position clear

Spoilers for The Young and the Restless indicate that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will soon make a bold move by asking Adam if he is falling for Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Viewers have been bracing for a love triangle Between Sally, Adam, and Chelsea. There are also fans who have been waiting for the bad boy Newman to get back together with Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). Currently, Adam seems to be in limbo and has not indicated which woman he is interested in but Chelsea will put him on the spot.

When she asks about his feelings for Sally, Adam will tell her point blank that his personal life is none of her business unless it pertains to their son Conner Newman ( Judah Mackey). This is exactly what Victor would have done which is take the direct approach. Unfortunately for Adam, he will find that Chelsea will come away from this conversation believing there is hope for the two of them to get back together.

She will not desire to see her ex with Sally and definatly does not want Ms. Spectra spending time with her son. Meanwhile, Sally will be manipulating things from her side of the table but thus far Adam has not given in to her and has made it clear that she should not pursue him. Although he is taking a bold stand just like his father, neither woman is going to respect his word as being final as they would have done for Victor. This lets viewers know that a lot of drama is coming.

The Young and the Restless: Nick makes a bold move

Fans of The Young and the Restless knew that once Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) returned to Genoa City there would be a tug of war for his loyalty. Victor naturally desires his grandson to work for Newman Media but Nick will soon let Noah know that he has a position waiting for him. Spoilers say that Noah will have to decide whether or not to continue his work with his grandfather and uncle or to go work for his father.

Victor may see Nick as undermining his desire to have Noah in the family business. The Newman patriarch should remember that Nicholas is Noah's father and has just as much right to have his son working for him. Nick could have respected the fact that his son is already assisting his dad but as a true Newman, Nick will make a controversial decision. Only Noah can make the choice of where he wants to work but in asking him to make that choice, Nick is showing that he is just as much a rebel as his younger brother. Be on the lookout for The Young and the Restless spoilers and updates related to Adam and Nick.
