Thomas finds a new way to control Hope

Thomas Forrester allowed Hope to believe she had pushed him into a vat of acid and that he died. When she did not immediately tell his father what happened, Thomas revealed himself and pointed out that now they both have kept secrets. He signed papers to have her officially adopt his son and uses that to emphasize that they are now a family unit. He next asked Hope to return to work at his family company, and enlisted the help of Douglas t coax her. Now, according to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Ridge and Taylor's son has a new ploy that he believes will get Ms. Logan to realize she loves him.

Thomas will have a new woman in his life and attempt to make Hope jealous. CDL does not say who this new love interest will be, but viewers know that Zoe recently expressed her interest in her boss. It's not clear if she is really interested in the Forrester heir, or is simply trying to secure employment. Thomas might ask Ms. Buckingham to pretend they are dating and promise her something like the lead modeling position at his family company. It's always possible that terrible Tom may find a completely new woman.

Several soap spoilers have suggested that Hope may end up with Stockholm syndrome which is when an abuse victim falls for their abuser. She has been so used to Thomas being fixated on her that she might flip if he starts paying attention to another woman, Ms. Logan has been resistant thus far but it's not out of the question that she may begin to second guess her feelings for her new son's father. The Bold and the Beautiful never lets any couple stay happy together for long so it's about time that "Lope" get's pulled apart.

Spoiler alerts have suggested that Daniel Goddard who portrayed Cane Ashby on The Young and the Restless, might join The Bold and the Beautiful as a love interest for Steffy, but this has not been confirmed. It's possible that Liam might find himself desiring a "Steam" reunion yet again. He and Hope may find themselves growing apart, especially now that he is working for Spencer Publications once more. Soap Dirt indicates that Steffy will try to convince her brother to forsake his obsession with Hope but her words will fall on deaf ears. The spoiler says Liam will become annoyed with Thomas but he will remain in Hope's life because they are now both legally the parents of little Douglas.

Liam, Steffy, Brooke and everyone else will no doubt question Thomas suddenly having a new woman in his life. Hope, however is overwhelmed with multiple emotions and may miss key warning signs. She is elated to officially become a mother to Douglas, and guilty regarding how she handled the situation when Thomas tried to kiss her and she pushed him. Liam disagreeing with her desire to parent Douglas, going back to work for his father and spending time with Steffy will all be points of contention at some point.

Spoilers say Steffy will begin a fashion war with her rival at Forrester Creations, so Hope will have a full plate, including being a mother to two children. Should Thomas pretend he has forgotten her and moved on this will rattle Hope because it will not be expected. It is certainly plausible that because of how devious Thomas is and how vulnerable she is becoming that Hope certainly could be confused about her feelings.
