These three might be a part of a reall controversial storyline.

Fans of THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL are discussing a possible controversial storyline for the CBS soap. Spoilers along with executive producer Brad Bell are teasing that an interesting connection might take place between Eric, Carter, and Quinn. Viewers are watching, waiting, and hoping the show does not go in the direction that Bell implies it will. Everything points to the Forrester patriarch allowing Quarter to continue their affair because he can no longer make love to his wife. Viewer response to this has been overwhelmingly against such a possibility.

John McCook is in his 80's and ED is a real issue even for men who are much younger. Some viewers of the show say Quinn could simply honor her vows, stand by her man, and ignore her personal needs. Instead, the storyline will imply that Mrs. Forrester should not suffer in silence because her husband cannot perform. The premise seems to be that Quinn deserves a man in her bed. 'Quarter" has admitted that they love one another although Quinn is still in love with her spouse. Brad Bell told Soap Opera Digest that the dynamic between the 3 characters will go in an uncharted direction for a daytime soap.

This could all be a tease to gain the attention of the audience but most viewers believe Eric will give his blessing for his wife to commit adultery. Viewers are sure to be divided on this subject for a number of reasons and one is the fact that Carter is an African American male. Quinn and Shauna have already been discussing how good Mr. Walton is in bed and if he services Quinn with Eric's blessing it makes him look like a stud and perpetuates negative racial stereotypes.

It's one thing to show off Carter's well-toned muscles which are often front and center on B&B. Having the black guy be a sex machine would be taking things too far and viewers are saying so online. There was already an outcry from fans when it seemed Paris was going to move in with "Sinn" and be their nanny. There was a scene where Ms. Buckingam was the only one who could calm little Hayes by singing to him and viewers said they hoped Brad Bell was not going to turn her into a mammy. Thankfully that storyline did not play out but now some B&B fans are saying "Here we go again,"

Many of those who watch The Bold and the Beautiful, do not like the fact that Eric forgave Quinn and Carter for cheating. These fans think it's a bad idea for this proposed storyline to proceed. It demeans the character of Eric Forrester to have him lower his standards in such a manner. He could simply divorce his wife or Quinn could find other methods to cope with her current situation. Some fans of the soap don't want there to be any sympathy for Mrs. Forrester because she is an adulterous wife.

Carter has always been the good guy and his fans are glad that he is getting more air time. What they do not like is the fact that he cheated with his boss's wife and his best friend's stepmom after they had recently promoted him to COO. Absolutely no one wants to see Carter turn into the stereotype of the black guy who is good in bed. In the past, Brad Bell has suggested big things coming to The Bold and the Beautiful that never manifested. It's not known at this point if he is teasing the viewers or indeed plans to go through with this storyline but time will tell so stay tuned.
