Tanner Novlan opens up

Fans of The Bold and the Beautiful are trying to figure out what is going on with Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) and John Finnegan ( Tyler Novlan). Many who watch the CBS soap have said Finn was not dead and Monday's episode seems to confirm they are correct. Tanner Novlan just admitted that he and costar Jackie Wood misled viewers on purpose.

Novlan has said he was stunned to be let go from B&B and that he had no hard feelings. He is now filming season four of Roswell, New Mexico and will be doing a pilot episode of Puckheads which caused viewers to believe he was moving on. His co-star Jackie Woods had expressed her disappointment that her onscreen husband is gone and said they had great chemistry.

The Bold and the Beautiful: Viewers have mixed reactions

Tanner and Jackie's initial responses to the situation seem heartfelt and Novlan suggested his character was written out due to the love triangle with Steffy, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), and Hope Spencer (Anika Noelle). B&B fans were angry but Tanner now says he and Wood sort of knew Finn would return and that the deception was fun.

.Some fans are happy that Finn is alive but others are disappointed at the deception. News outlets and spoilers wrote articles based on what Wood and Novlan said and took them at their word. This was not projection or wild speculation but willfully misleading loyal viewers. This could cause some Sinn fans to no longer support the couple. B&B fans have questionsabout recent events

On Monday as Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) looked at her son in the hospital bed she twice said "While there is still a chance" which brings up a number of questions. Where is Jack Finnegan (Ted King) who is Finn's bio dad who should be in on the decision-making process regarding his son? Finn was shot in the chest and bleeding profusely.

He would have needed surgery and a blood transfusion. Li is a doctor but would have needed help transporting her son from the hospital and setting him up in a hotel room. Who is assisting her and why is she keeping this a secret from Steffy and her family?

Taylor Hayes ( Krista Allen ) blamed Li's abrupt behavior on her grief but it seems as if Li was as angry with the Forresters as she is with Sheila Carter Kimberlin Brown. Now some fans of The Bold and the Beautiful are thinking that when Wood goes on maternity leave her character will be reunited with Finn and leave town to help him recuperate.

Li really had no right to do anything with her son's body because Steffy is his wife but no one questioned her. This along with the way she refused Sheila Carter's (Kimberlain Brown) request to see her son one last time raised suspicions for many B&B viewers that Finn was not dead. Their joy at being right is affected by Wood and Novlan's statements

When will he wake up and what will Li do should her son begin asking for his wife and son? How will she handle Steffy's request for her husband's ashes and or to have a memorial service?
