Shaddam fans see signs of hope on ‘ The Young and the Restless’

Shaddam fans are excited once again regarding their favorite couple on THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS. Adam and Conner moving into the Tac House at the Newman ranch has breathed new life into those who want Sharron with her ex. The couple has already seen each other several times and on Thursday, at the Coffee House Faith volunteered to spend time with her cousin Conner.

Rey would have to be made of steel for this close proximity not to affect him. In addition, everyone is singing Adam's praises because he saved Faith's life. Nick and his daughter are willing to give the prodigal one a chance and Victor is elated to have his son and grandson living nearby. Most people in a situation such as Adam, Sharon, and Rey would want to steer clear of trouble but now they are all living on the same property.

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS has teased viewers with a Shaddam reunion that never took place. Last December, spoilers suggested that Sharon Case and Mark Grossman's characters would heat up the screen because of COVID restrictions. The couple is dating in real time and Case recently began wearing what appears to be an engagement ring. while other s had to practice social distancing, Grossman and Case were going to heat up the screen, only it did not happen.

After Faith's surgery and Adam was exonerated of trying to kill Rey, Shey got back together and Shaddam fans were disappointed. Spoilers immediately began saying that it was not over and that Adam and Sharon could still hook up down the road. For now, everyone is playing nice and abiding by the rules. The fact that Adam and Sharon are spending time together, however, has fans of the couple waiting to see what happens between them.

Faith said on Thursday that she won't like it if Adam comes between her mom and Rey again and Sharon assured her that was not a possibility. Conner spending time with Faith will naturally put Shaddam in close proximity. Adam hanging out at the coffee house and seeking Sharon's advice is also going to push them together. It could be the writers are taking their time and setting the stage but in the meantime Shey fans want Rey and his wife to stay together.

No one knows for certain where this situation is heading but Y&R viewers agree that Rey needs to keep his eyes open. He crossed a line on Thursday when he announced in front of Conner that he had seen Chelsea in Chancellor Park. The little boy begged Adam to take him to see his mom and later Chelsea and her son were reunited. On Friday while in the park Anita called Adam to say she has a broken hip. Chelsea wants to visit her mother and take Conner with her.

Adam suspected this is a plot but Chelsea insisted that it is on the level. THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS viewers know that Melissa Claire Egan will soon be on extended maternity leave. Chelsea and Anita are top con artists and most likely pulling a scam. Ms. Lawson will probably disappear with her son while Egan is out with her new baby. If this happens then Adam will be distraught and Sharon will no doubt offer him guidance and comfort.

Rey and Michael have been suspicious of Chelsea from day one and spoilers say Detective Rosales will soon be on a new case. It could be that he finds himself trying to track Chelsea down which will leave his wife alone and vulnerable to Adam. Michael grilled Chloe about her involvement with her BFF but she did not admit anything. If Chelsea does escape, everyone will be assuming Chloe had a role in it so Rey and Michael will be suspecting her again.

This plot is thickening and Y&R viewers will be glued to their seats awaiting what happens next. Is this all a vehicle to get Adam and Sharon back together or is the Shey marriage sold? Shaddam fans are loyal and hpe springs eternal for them. They are crossing their fingers that their favorite couple is on a path to reuniting and only time will tell.
