Selina's hands are in everything

Selina Wu is making the rounds on General Hospital and seemingly having as many encounters with Port Charles residents as Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). Missing from the equation is her nephew Brad Cooper ( Parry Shen). The last time Brad will on screen was when he was grieving over his best friend Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) who had been murdered by Heather Webber the Hook killer. Brad is supposed to be his aunt's assistant but in his absence, Selina does not seem to be lacking assistance.

The Scorpio brothers argued about Wu when Robert (Tristen Rogers) wanted to confront the mob boss about her relationship with Holly Sutton (Emma Samms). Mac tried to stop him because he has the Savoy under surveillance and is trying to get the goods on Selina himself. The DA and lead detective don't know that Holly pilfered one of the diamonds from the Ice Princess necklace and gave it to Selina in exchange for a drug that left Victor impotent.

Where is Brad and how is he making a living?

General Hospital fans are wondering where Brad is and how is he making a living. Does his aunt have him on a retainer and if so how is he earning his keep? Now that Selina is getting more screen time perhaps Brad will show up and be given a storyline that keeps him away from Sonny and his family as Wu agreed.

Now that Britt is gone Brad does not have any connections in Port Charles except his friendship with Felix Dubois (Marc Anthony Samuel) who comforted him shortly after Britt died. If he does not begin working with his aunt there is nowhere else he can go since General Hospital will not rehire him and the Corinthos/Quartermaine families are angry about the baby switch.

Selina is making her presence known in Port Charles

Selina never lacks a bodyguard which has General Hospital fans wondering what it is that her nephew does for her. Viewers had thought by now Brad might be helping to run the organization but he has not been seen in 3 months. His auntie has been petty busy as she offered to tamper with Trina Robinson's (Tabyana Ali) DNA test and make it go any way Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) desired and she has a hold on Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) who owes her money for gambling.

Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) also works for Wu from time to time no doubt rigging the poker games but if Robert and Mac have their way the backroom activities will cease. Wu is asking for trouble because she and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) are supposed to have an understanding. In addition to allowing his cousin Gladys to wrack up unpaid gambling debts, Selina has asked her to spy on Sonny. This has some General Hospital viewers wondering if Ms. Wu might be the one behind the attack on Sonny at the warehouse when Dex Heller (Evan Hoffler) was shot.

Shen is doing personal appearances

Selina also owns stock in Deception but has not yet exerted her power over the cosmetics company. Clearly, this woman enjoys flirting with danger and trouble will soon be brewing. She is on the wrong side of the law with the Scorpio brothers and she should not want Sonny as an enemy.

Parry Shen's Website indicates that he is doing a lot of personal appearances this summer with Wu, Burroughs, Jeff Kober (Cyrus Renault), and Johnny Wactor (ex Brando Corbin) and in the meantime, fans are waiting to hear when he will return to General Hospital. Be on the lookout for updates related to Brad and Selina and a possible date his portrayer will return.
