Stories Can Save Us
“Stories are for joining the past to the future. Stories are for those late hours in the night when you can't remember how you got from where you were to where you are. Stories are for eternity, when memory is erased, when there is nothing to remember except the story [...] But this too is true: stories can save us [...] In a story, which is a kind of dreaming, the dead sometimes smile and sit up and return to the world." – Tim O’Brien, The Things They Carried

14 Best English Anime Dubs of All Time
Amongst nerds who love anime, there is one subject that is even more controversial than such classic arguments as whether or not the Star Wars Christmas Special is cannon. When it comes to anime, the big debate is whether or not it’s better to watch the sub or the dub. It’s a topic so contentious at conventions that entire screening rooms can burst out in vicious brutal screaming matches as the unruly cosplay masses vie to see which continent can shout down the other side. On one side, the sub contingent believes that most anime is better heard in its original language. Voice acting is treated as a much bigger deal over in Japan where some VO performers are treated like superstar idols.

Matthew DonnellonPublished 4 years ago in GeeksRemus and the Snowman
Warnings: mild swears, phalliac imagery, dirty actions that aren't explicitly detailed Thomas gave a suggestion for another bonding exercise for his Sides. Without the need for Roman to use any bowler hats to rig any votes in his favor, Thomas suggested that they would all build a snowman before warming up inside with onesies, movies, and hot chocolate (Patton ended up finding a great recipe in one of the most unexpected places: The Simpsons Movie). Like their time watching Frozen, Remus was the only current Dark Side that was able to join and Deceit didn't really object to it. The two exchanged knowing glances before the snake was the only Side indoors.

Trevor WellsPublished 4 years ago in GeeksMy Review of 'Terminator Genisys'
I remember when Terminator Genisys came out back in 2015. I wasn't sure how they would bring Arnold Schwarzenegger back as an old man looking robot but they did. There were a ton of bad reviews for the movie and I never really got to watch the movie. Recently, it was added to Netflix and I decided to check it out.
