Art: The Unrecognized Essential of 2020
Locked libraries and somber studios. Coffee shops gone quiet. These places, and the traditions within them, are the ghosts of the lives we led not long ago. To acknowledge as much is to recognize that there has been death, both literal and figurative, within our lives. Grief, amongst many other emotions, is as universal as it is individual, and as simple as it is complex. In a time as unprecedented as this, it is appropriate to grieve everything and anything, as this one emotion is responsible for so many others.

This coming week on The Bold and the Beautiful, Sally Spectra will be busted about the lie she has been telling everyone. Soap Hub says Flo will do some digging and come up with the truth, that Ms. Spectra is not terminally ill. Daily Soap Dish has a video that shows Flo going through Sally's medical records and later confronting her. It looks as if Ms. Spectra will finally get what is coming to her, or will she. When Sally Spectra first showed up in LA, she was a spitfire. The gutsy redhead stole the heart of Thomas Forrester and was beginning to hold her own in the fashion world. Dollar Bill Spencer took everything from her and she ended up down and out of Wyatt's door step.
Cheryl E PrestonPublished 4 years ago in GeeksMy Review of "Chronicle"
Back in 2012 the YouTube movement was just starting to really skyrocket and people were making vlogs. So Hollywood producers decided to green-light Chronicle as it's premise derives of a kid videotaping his daily life. Today this isn't such a weird idea but back in 2012 kids were still working with camcorders that were as big as a brick. It wasn't as practical as it is with cell phones. In a way this movie was ahead of it's time.
Brian AnonymousPublished 4 years ago in GeeksMy Review of "Beats"
I have to admit that I didn't even know that the movie Beats existed until I was watching a YouTube movie about Netflix movies that I should check out. Beats was on the list and it came out in 2019 with little promotion from Netflix. That's too bad because I really think this movie deserves more of a push.
Brian AnonymousPublished 4 years ago in GeeksIf You Were Obsessed With The Bratz Franchise Growing Up; You’re a Baddie, Period.
First off, let me start by saying that I played with many other dolls while growing up that weren’t Bratz; for example, I played with Barbie dolls, Liv Dolls, Moxie dolls, Polly Pocket dolls, and even MyScene dolls. However, I would like to shine some light on the Bratz because they have paved the way for many girls who were my age, and they have shaped me into who I am today.
Why Bonnie Bennett is the Best
Now, I have watched the Vampire Diaries series through twice. I am now on my third run and there are many three dimensional characters such as Damon, Elena, and Jeremy. I was always vouching for Damon, but after watching the first season again...I always forget that he killed Stefan's best friend, whom he knew for almost 100 years. Stefan should have been far more heartbroken about Lexi's death, but instead it seems he had moved on quite quickly from her death and did not even hold a funeral for her. I know that's probably not how the story went, but he should have done something for her. I used to be a fan of Stefan, but he seems to turn everyone around him into the villain. He is always blaming someone else. Damon will always be one of my favorites because he does not let Elena do whatever she wants, but he genuinely cares for her and will do anything to keep her alive. I was a fan of Caroline, she was a little unsure of herself and found a new self when she gets turned into a vampire and I admired her for that. Bonnie Bennett is such a good person.

Trevor WellsPublished 4 years ago in GeeksMy Review of "The Main Event"
In the past I remember a bunch of movies with a similar plot line to The Main Event. There was Rookie of the Year in 1993, Angels in the Outfield in 1994, Like Mike in 2002 and Thunderstruck in 2012. I guess it's about time for another one in 2020. I had very fond memories of those aforementioned movies so I thought this movie could capture the formula.
