Thursday's episode of THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS will give Skyle fans a bit of the satisfaction they have been craving for months. The situation with Tara and Sally took a turn and now there is no going back. The two scheming women each believed themselves to be superior in the game of manipulation but Phyllis proves that she is still the queen.

Viewers know Phyllis lied to Sally that someone had charged items on her hotel bill and while Ms. Spectra was looking over the paperwork, the other redhead stole her phone. She sent a text to Tara stating that "Phyllis was on them." Tara immediately showed up at the Grand Phoenix and the two women got into a heated exchange on the elevator. Phyllis sent copies of the footage to Kyle and Jack who asked the two women about their argument.

On Thursday Jack and Kyle ask Tara what was going on and she lied that Phyllis was making unfounded accusations. Jack goes to the Gand Phoenix where Phyllis insists she will get the proof that those "two little girls" ran her daughter out of town. She is crying as she asks Jack why he cannot give her the benefit of the doubt?

Jack later talks to Sally and asks her what was on the text from her phone. and Ms. Spectra lies that she did not see it. Jack points out that on the video footage Tara is showing Sally the text. Sally continues blaming Phyllis and Jack says Sally redirecting and deflecting him. He then tells her that he cannot go into a relationship with someone he does not trust and Sally tells him to forget it all and go to dinner with her. Jack tells Sally that she makes him question his judgment and he needs more than that and walks out on her.

Meanwhile, Kyle runs into Victoria who points out that he should be careful because Tara keeps lots of secrets and Kyle muses over the fact that she never told him she was pregnant with Harrison and allowed Ashland to raise him for 3 years. When Kyle returns home he overhears Tara's end of a conversation with Sally where Mrs. Locke says she has everything covered on her end and mentions that they both gave the same story regarding the argument in the elevator.

Kyle looks somewhat shocked and it's clear that he knows something is up. He cannot come right out and accuse her because Tara might leave town with Harrison. Things are finally falling in place and several spoilers indicate that the week of August 2 is when things will really hit the fan. Phyllis is going to have a chat with Eric Forrester but the location is not clear. One spoiler says the Fashion mogul will come to Genoa City while another says on Tuesday, July 3 Phyllis will fly to LA.

One thing that SOAP DIRT, CELEB DIRTY LAUNDRY, AND TV SHOWS ACE agree on is that after talking to Eric Forrester Phyllis will have all the ammunition she needs to blow Tara and Sally out of the water. There is no date for the big showdown where Kyle finds out why Summer really went to Milan but be on the lookout for breaking news related to thsi tragic situation.

THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS viewers are enjoying this countdown to the day that all will be revealed. Fans are sad that Michael Mealor and Hunter King are leaving the CBS soap but are loving the drama and excitement that will hopefully give Kyle and Summer a reunion.
