Rademacher's beliefs were not viewed as religious

When Ingo Rademacher who portrayed Jasper “Jax” Jacks on General Hospital filed a lawsuit against ABC in December 2021 many fans doubted he would be able to make a case against the media giants. The veteran soap actor was fired for not complying with the COVID mandate to be vaccinated. Rademacher asked for a religious exemption but Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephen Goorvitch denied his claim and ruled in favor of ABC and Disney. Rademacher seems to have gone off the grid and has made no comment about his lawsuit but here is what is known at this time.

The judge ruled that Rademacher's not wanting the vaccine was health-related and not religious so he didn’t qualify for a religious exemption. The actor did not validate his claims with any known religion or a teaching that said if he practiced a specific religion he could not be vaccinated. but said his belief system was based on a book titled The Revelations of Ramala that he admitted he had not read in about 3 years. It's obvious the fan favorite on GH did not have a clear understanding of what qualified as a religious exemption and ABC’s lawyer pointed out that Rademacher’s testimony indicated that he did not want the vaccine because he did not desire to alter his immune system and his objections were not rooted in any " religious beliefs".

Rademacher was denied based on his testimony

At the time he was fired from General Hospital Ingo said that the Creator had designed the human body to heal itself and he did not feel the need to be vaccinated. ABC's policy was that anyone who did not comply with the mandate would be fired.

Rademacher in an amended complaint claimed he was entitled to a religious exemption based on his 'moral belief that my body is endowed by my creator with natural processes to protect me and that its natural integrity cannot ethically be violated by the administration of artificially created copies of genetic material, foreign to nature and experimental.

When Ingo Rademacher said he desired a religious exemption General Hospital fans assumed he meant a recognized belief like "Christianity, Mormonism, Judaism, or Islam". The Revelations of Ramala is not well known and has been described as:

"a blending of Eastern enlightenment philosophy with Christian principles, to develop an ideal of "Christ-light". To develop one's Christ-light is to be able to perform miracles such as Jesus was capable".

Ingo Rademacher has not responded

Rademacher fell out of favor with some General Hospital fans who called for the actor to be fired after he tweeted comments that came across as Transphobic and his later apology was not really accepted. Rademacher had been portraying Jax off and on for 2 decades and GH viewers had grown to love him. Once he was let go the role was not recast and he has not been mentioned.

The actor's Twitter account is set to private and only select people can view his tweets. His Facebook page has been scrubbed of everything posted after September 2021 which was prior to his being fired. There are many articles online about Ingo Rademacher losing the lawsuit but there has been no response from the actor so he obviously is keeping to himself at this time. There has been no news of the soap vet having any new roles since being let go from General Hospital and his Facebook page indicates he is running Mahiku Active Wear from Hawaii.
