Ava Jerome has been changing lately on General Hospital. She has become a more caring person right in front of the viewer's eyes. Ever since Nikolas saved her from drowning, she has been struggling to come to terms with herself. When Nava married it was all about money, but now it seems to be about doing the right thing. Viewers knew from the start that Nikolas and his new bride would fall in love and they did. No one counted on it turning Ava against her own brother. On Monday's GH episode it was clear that the new Cassadine princess has been doing a lot of soul searching When Julian pointed out that she killed Connie Falconeri, Ava quickly reminded him that Connie's death was because she was protecting him.

The love of Nikolas and his caring for Avery has touched Ava in a way like nothing has before. She is also now disgusted at the carnage that her sibling is leaving behind. The bomb Julian planted killed Dev and Dustin and now has left her sister in law, Lulu fighting for her life. Laura decided that the best course of action for her daughter is to send her to a long term care facility where she can get the help she needs. Cameron's leg was hurt during the explosion and Franco was injured and needed brain surgery. Ava seemed truly disgusted by all the people who were hurt because of her brother's bad decision.

Until now, blood has always been most important to the Jerome siblings but Ava seems to have changed her mind. A promo for General Hospital shows her pulling a gun on her brother and saying "Goodbye Julian". Sonny and Jason appear to hear the shot and open a door and begin looking around. Would the new lady of Wyndemere really kill Julian or is it all a hoax to fake his death? The evidence thus far indicates that Ava's anger is indeed real. After listening to Nikolas explain his sister's predicament, Ava seemed truly rattled. When the Cassadine prince said he wanted to complete the plans to help Julian his wife replied that he should leave his brother in law to her.

For once Ava might be looking out for the good of everyone else and not what is best for her brother. If she kills Julian, Ms. Jerome will endear herself to Sonny and Jason and get more time with Avery. When Nikolas finds out the truth he might be shocked but will stand by his wife who avenged his sister Lulu, who is suffering because of Julian. In the eyes of most people in Port Charles Ava will be a heroine and Sonny and Jason might find a way to keep her from being charged with her brother's murder.

Julian looked absolutely pitiful on Monday. He had not shaved and his hair was a mess. Considering he was alone at Wyndemere with so many rooms, he should have been able to find a place to freshen up. William deVry's time on General Hospital is coming to an end, so this might be his final scene. Fans did not want things to end this way and were hoping his character might leave town. On Monday Sonny and Jason found out that Julian is the one who planted the bomb. Ava knows they will kill her brother so perhaps she decided to beat them to the punch.

One way or another, Ava's actions will be out of love, for Avery, Franco, Lulu, Nikolas, herself, and even Julian. Be sure to tune in Tuesday to find out what happens next. Sonny and Jason are more than likely on their way to Wyndemere to find Julian and Ava just might hand him to them on the proverbial silver platter. Viewers do not agree with the way General Hospital has ruined William deVry's character and loyal fans don't want to see Julian go. DeVry has said that if he is let go, he will not return to the ABC daytime drama. Perhaps the powers that be have been setting this up all along.

They have been weaning Ava away from her older sibling for quite some time. She is bonding with Nikolas and even has a better relationship with Sonny regarding Avery. Right after the bombing, Sonny agreed to allow Avery to remain at Wyndemere. In the past, he would have had Jason take his daughter from Ava and give her to Carly. The new Cassadine princess is beginning to enjoy her current life. She is married to one of the richest men in Port Charles, and will now have the protection of two of the most powerful men in town. All she has to do is deliver up her dead brother and all will be forgiven her.
