General Hospital: The Cassadine's are full of surprises

General Hospital has dropped a few bombshells on fans during the past month and several are related to the Cassadine clan. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) announced that he is the biological father of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stewart) and Ava Cassadine (Maura West) found out the extent of her husband Nikolas Cassadine's (Marcus Columbo) dealings with his uncle. Victor also dropped hints that suggest he did away with Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Buddig) and her mother Naomi Dreyfus ( Robin Ryker).

General Hospital: fans want answers to some of the secrets

Naomi was found dead but Hayden is missing and when Nikolas inquired, Victor said not to ask questions he really did not desire the answers to. He clearly is hiding quite a few secrets and also has some tricks up his sleeve. He basically pats his nephew on the head and tells him to run along like a good little boy but the tables might soon turn. GH fans are considering the possibility that Hayden may not be dead but could be locked away on Cassadine Island with Holly Sutton (Emma Sams).

Some who watch the ABC daytime drama are going a step further by saying they believe at some point Jason Morgan will be in the compound as well. This is only speculation and wishful thinking but there could also be an element of truth in it. If Hayden is alive this will not make up for her mother's death and Victor will have to answer for that unless he has a way to weasel out of it. He never actually confessed to murder so there is no way to know at this point if Victor did have Naomi and or Hayden killed. Fans are eager to get all of this sorted out but it may take a while.

Nava plots against Victor

Ava is terrified that Victor's secrets will take her and Nikolas down with him and she wants to stop him in his tracks. She is trying to convince her husband they can work together and get rid of his loathsome uncle. Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) has been without her mother for quite some time and General Hospital fans say there needs to be closure for the little girl as well as this storyline. Sams shared a few weeks back that she is still dealing with the after-effects of COVID and that is why she has not been able to return to the ABC soap.

Holly is presumed dead because Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa Locerilo) and EthanLovette (Nathan Parsons) found a charred body in a grave and Holly's ring. Viewers know that she is indeed alive because she was later shown locked in a room. She looked as well as can be expected for a captive. With Victor in Port Charles and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) in police custody, it's not clear who is minding things back on Cassadine Island. Someone has to be caring for Holly and any other prisoners who are being held there.

General Hospital viewers are hoping this situation will be wrapped up as soon as possible and that Holly will be set free. Those holding out that Jason and or Hayden might be in the same facility will be looking for confirmation. The writers should not hold the viewers in suspense because there are a lot of disgruntled fans where this storyline is concerned.
