General Hospital has begun the countdown to the double wedding and viewers are beginning to get answers to burning questions. As the date draws nigh there will be more revelations in store. Tensions are high and there is uncertainty, confusion, and deception in the midst. Let's take a look at what is known so far.

Felicia will not attend her daughter's nuptials

General Hospital viewers have been wondering whether or not Felicia will be on hand for her daughter's nuptials and now they know she will not. Last week, Maxie spoke to her mother by phone and found out that she could not leave their sick aunt. Some fans believed that Kristina Wagoner might reprise her role for the wedding and possibly the birth of another grandchild. The phone conversation made it clear she will not be in Port Charles anytime soon and Nina has promised to be there for Maxie. Many viewers are troubled that this legacy character will not be around during such a crucial time.

Anna, Finn, and Valentin

Last week Valentin came clean to Anna about Peter's confession and the duo also found out that Obrecht had been exonerated. They now know that Faison's son is guilty of so much more than they could have imagined and that he framed Liesl for killing Drew. Now it is making sense to viewers as to why General Hospital had Peter end up being Anna's nephew and not her son.

This way, she can accept his guilt a little better than if she were his mother. Spoilers say that Anna will come to the conclusion that she has done all she possibly could for her twin sister's child and not feel so guilty about all that has transpired. She will even admit to her fiance that he was right all along regarding Peter. Finn will more than likely be stunned at her admission, although not totally surprised to hear this news.

The doctor will also be closer to knowing whether or not Chase is his son or his brother. Spoilers say Jackie will continue to try to convince him not to get the DNA results but more than likely will not succeed. Valentin exposed Peter's sins to Anna, but he will still reach out one more time to get his protege to do the right thing and confess. In spite of all the damage and loss of life, Valentin loves Peter like a son and does not desire to see anything happen to him.

Obrecht on the loose

Liesel is determined to take Peter down at any cost and will more than likely use Dante to do it. With the click of a pen, she can control him and get him to complete his mission. Spoilers say that Obrecht and her daughter Britt are going to team up against Peter so the walls are closing in on him from every side.

Maxie's doubts increase and Peter becomes paranoid

Maxie will continue to encounter Port Charles residents who do not desire her to marry Peter. Robert, Spinelli, Obrecht, Britt, and now even Anna are determined to stop the wedding. Maxie has been having doubts for weeks and as the wedding dy draws near she will be conflicted. Peter will become paranoid and continue trying to cover his tracks. He’s doomed but fans liove Wes Ramsey and don’t want to see him leave the show. Be sure to tune in to General Hospital this coming week because some exciting episodes are coming up.
