Days cast past and present join Beyond Salem 2

The Peacock streaming service has announced that Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem 2 will have current and former cast members of NBCs daytime drama Days of Our Lives as well as celebrities who have never been on the soap. This different from the first series and the Christmas movie wic only used cast members past and present. . The upcoming 5 episodes will include the following DOOL cast.

Drake Hogestyn (John Black), Deidre Hall (Dr. Marlena Evans) Robert Scott Wilson (Ben Weston) (Victoria Konefal ( Ciara Brady), Camila Banus (Gabi Hernandez), and Remington Hoffman as Li Shin (Days of Our Lives: The Digital SeriesChad and Abby in Paris). The former cast includes Peter Reckell (Bo Brady) Kristian Alfonso (Hope Williams Brady), Eileen Davidson (Kristen DiMera) Christopher Sean (Paul Narita). and Steve Burton (Harris Michaels).

New actors will join Beyond Salem

Newcomers joining Beyond Salem 2 are: Loretta Devine (Angela), Vince Van Patten (Phil Hellworth), Tanner Stine (Joey Johnson), Abigail Klein (Stephanie Johnson), Victoria Grace (Wendy Shin). and Colton Little (Andrew Donovan). The five all-new episodes will air from Monday, July 11, through Friday, July 15.

Burton's character might hold the key as Michaels is the only former Salemite who is from the long past with no current connections in Salem. There obviously is a reason he is being brought back after 24 years considering Harris was on the NBC soap in 1988 and was dating Eve Donavan (Charlotte Ross and Cassie DePavia) whose parents were super couple Shane Donovan.
