Chad Duell and Courtney Hope set a wedding date

It's official, and congratulations are in order because Michael Corinthos and Sally Spectra are getting hitched. Actually, their portrayer's soap vets Chad Duell and Courtney Hope have set a date for their wedding. Fans of the duo have been eagerly awaiting this news and will be excited for these popular daytime stars. The couple had been dating for five years when Chad proposed to Courtney on Valentine's Day of this year. In an article in PEOPLE that was published on February 19, 2021, Courtney Hope shared the following details related to the proposal:

"In the morning, Chad gave me a dozen roses and a big teddy bear and told me he was taking me on a picnic for lunch and giving me a present there," "When we got to Malibu I saw we were going to Point Dume, which I love. We walked on the beach and he had us scale some rocks for our picnic. I ate like, two bites of my food and I could tell he was ready to give me my present, so I stopped eating. He read me the most beautiful poem, because I love poetry, and I started choking up."

The couple are very much in love and have shared many moments in their journey together with their followers. Michael and Willow Tate are in love but she married Detective Chase when she thought he was dying. Duel recently shared that GENERAL HOSPITAL is going on a hiatus from taping because the schedule is long and grueling for the cast. Courtney Hope and Chad Duell met in 2016 through mutual actor friend– Bryan Craig. GENERAL HOSPITAL fans will recall that Craig previously played Duell's on-screen younger brother Morgan Corinthos.
