'Fairy Tail'

If you are watching it for the first time, buckle up and get some tissues, you are going on an emotional rollercoaster. Lucy Heartfilia joins up with Natsu and Happy and becomes a member of the magical guild Fairy Tail.

'Hero Academia'

If you like superheroes in training, Hero Academia is for you. Izuko Midoriya is a superhero in training with no actually super power. Until one day he meets the ultimate superhero, All Might. His idol, the superhero he has looked up to since a little kid. All Might changes Midoriya's life for the better. Watch how Midoriya plans to go through the superhero academy without any powers.

'Soul Eater'

A scythe named Soul and a girl named Maka go to a school that teaches them how to be the ultimate meister, death scythe combination. First they have to collect 99 evil souls and a soul of a witch. They report to Lord Death and Maka's father, who she strongly dislikes. Along with their other weapon and meister's friends, they try and defeat the evil running a muck in the world.

'Kamisama Kiss'

Nanami finds herself homeless and meets a man who gives her his home, which turns out to be a temple. She suddenly just become the God of this temple and now has to run it. One catch though, she has a fox demon named Tomoe as her familiar and she needs to keep her eye on him because foxes are clever. Watch as Nanami gets a grasp on being a God and falling in love like a normal teenage girl.

'Yona of the Dawn'

Yona is a Princess of the biggest kingdom in the land. She is ready to be married and rule her father's kingdom in the future. Unfortunately, her future husband kills her father one night causing Yona to flee with her bodyguard to try and find the four dragons of prophecy. Meeting with the Oracle, Yona, her bodyguard, and a kid who's a genius set out on an adventure to save Yona's kingdom.

'Dragon Ball'

If you love Dragon Ball Z, Funimation has it. They have the regular Dragon Ball, Z, and Super. They almost have it all. Dragon Ball follows Goku, his friends, and family and how they become the strongest saiyans of the land and defeat evil whenever it comes in their path.

'Fruits Basket'

Cute little Tohru Honda is living in a tent because her mother died and now she's homeless. Unfortunately, she sets up shop and lives on the property of the infamous Sohma family. They decide to let her into their home, but they have a mischievous secret. Will that deter Tohru from staying with them? Or the pervy uncle?

'World End'

Do you need a good cry? World End is the happiest, saddest anime. Not up there with Clannad, because that is literally the saddest anime ever. But World End takes place in a future universe where humans are scarce, and there is one human left in this show who ends up taking care of leprechauns. But there is a catch, these leprechauns battle giant monsters to take care of their world, and they don't have any value for their life. The human boy might change that though.

'Snow White with the Red Hair'

Opposed to the last show I mentioned, this is a really cute love story between the girl with the red hair and the boy with the silver hair. They meet each other in the woods and it goes all down hill from there. There's always a catch though, and this is a a big one. Watch as the two fall in love and fight for it.

'Noragami'

This anime is about a God and his familiar trying to make ends meet to buy a shrine. There's a girl who has a problem leaving her body and the God must help her, but they are always battling monsters in the night that take control of someone's doubt.

'One Piece'

This is probably the longest anime I have ever watched and I'm not even done with it. It is still going. Monkey D. Luffy is a young pirate who wants to be the best pirate in the world, but he has to find a crew. So as Luffy goes around the world, he finds people to come along with him on his journey as they find the world's greatest treasure and become the best pirates ever.

'D. Grayman'

A boy possessed is now an exorcist to fight off Akuma, demons who terrorize the Earth. Allan and his exorcist crew go around the world looking for a thing called innocence trying to protect it, while the Akumas try to steal and use it for evil.

'Black Blood Brothers'

Some vampires are bad, but some are good. Like two blood brothers trying to stay safe and move through the cities without attracting attention. Watch as they try to create a good name for vampires and not let the rogue vampires give them a bad reputation.

'Baka and Test'

This is the funniest anime I have ever seen. A bunch of misfit losers are in the worst class with the worst equipment. But with their little fighting avatars, they try to crawl back up to the top. But are they too stupid to make it? There's also many love stories in the mix, and a pervert who is always trying to take pictures of the girl classmates. This anime is literally so funny, you will be laughing hysterically most of the time.

'Akashic Record of Bastard Magic Instructor'

At a high school studying magic, a loser teacher is trying to teach a bunch of misfit students with potential to fight and learn how to save each other with magic. With each having their own reason to become mages, they strive for greatness, but have a stupid teacher to teach them.
