How to Get the Education Rules The Nation Achievement in Fable I. This guide works for both Fable: The Lost Chapter and the Fable Anniversary Edition. Most of the books are in the Guild's library and a few more are in the bookcases upstairs in the guild. There is one more book in Maze's quarters in the Guild.
Education Rules The Nation
'The children in Bowerstone have no books to read! You don't want illiterate children, do you?'
Starting the Quest
To start the quest all you have to do is speak to the teacher when the school is open. The school house is in Bower-stone South.
Not a glitch
The teacher will occasionally say things like, "The Book Of Spells I can't teach that" or "this book isn't for kids, it has castration in it." If he says something like that, it's not a glitch, it just means that you need to look more books. Some books can't be given to him at all... which is strange because this achievement is pretty much the only thing that book are good for.
A helpful list of 'Tricky' Books and their Locations:
- The Balverine Slayer - Stolen from the house to the right at the top of the hill in Knothole Glade.
- The Guild of Zeroes - Witchwood Cullis Gate in a barrel. Also can be found in a house in Bowerstone South.
- The Oakvale Raid - Stolen from the house next to the circular stone fences in east Oakvale.
- The Repentant Alchemist - Stolen from Bowerstone South Clothing Shop.
- The Tailor's Tragedy - Stolen from a house in Bowerstone North.
- The Trials of Aarkan - Stolen from the second house away from the inn in west Oakvale.

Thank you for reading my article. Would it be okay if I ask another favour though? Would it be okay if you share this on your Facebook page or Twitter? If you can't share, there is a tiny little donate box at the bottom too. No pressure though, just thought I would mention it.
