In other words, you are here in the Milky Way Galaxy; yet you are experiencing yourself in multidimensional space.

Sex also keeps you strong and healthy and helps you contact your spirit. Those who go without sex for long periods of time often experience a variety of health problems that could otherwise be avoided unless you learn to direct this energy in a positive direction.

On the other hand, abstinence stores your sexual energy and if you are aware of how to direct this sexual energy properly, it could be of great value to you. If you direct this energy in a positive direction you will be able to accomplish many things that you may not otherwise be able to.

Learn to direct your energy properly through means such as visualization, meditation, tantric yoga, positive thinking or the like. If you do this you will be able to accomplish almost anything that you set your mind to.

If you have been practicing abstinence try to intentionally direct your sexual energy towards the things that you would most like to accomplish. You can even use this energy to heal yourself and others as well.
