While summer Heats Up, so does our grilling fun. Hotter the charcoal, easier the lighting fluid. Hopefully dating back to tribal times there has always been the fire pit. From when human first created and slaughter the beast. We find the man or lady in charge, and see what happens to the cow or in this case chicken. We have to wait to stay up in the times while we survive the winter trying to live without. When you get ready to hit the park or beach, or even outside in your backyard.

The question that we have now is what is the chicken to us. Let's go back to the days of the Asians over eight-thousand years ago when the mighty chicken was domesticated in the beautiful country of Southeast Asia that had spread to China and India two to three-thousand years later. A delicious bird that taste, so beautiful, while at the same time taste the same as everything else. How did this happen as the genetic evolution that has came to us today? The animal at the time better known as the red junglefowl in the country of India. Though it is rumored to be a step down from t-rex in the DNA bloodline. It is served by many in todays world.

How do we cook this amazing dish with family at parties or special events as we live on to look forward to. Either it be a sandwich or made with bar-be-que it is extremely important to cook thoroughly or till the meat is completely white inside. Pink meat equals salmonella all summer. It is more than dangerous and is death sentence for us all! Now we must know how long to cook the meat. For every six to eight ounces it takes eight to twelve minutes to cook over a heat of three hundred degrees. Once grilled thoroughly there are many options in depending how you butcher it. You could have grilled wings made in hot sauce or bar-be-que (four per bird) or sandwiches (two to four per bird white meat only). Than we have the drums and thighs, that me be best served well with bar-be-que sauce.

Now as we wonder how we got our main so easily. We must know look at the side to place with it on the grill in aluminum foil. A good way is canto lope, watermelon, corn, potato and/or made in bag way, a vegetable mix and make until soft or black.

Now that we have our foiled item we now have to wonder what is our cold that brings ease to our day in the summer. Either it be a salad vegetable or fruit it helps close the meal in vitamins. As we have to show concern with the food pyramid.

We now must find our desert of beautiful banana split to end the beautiful summer meal that keeps us longing for more. By placing three scopes of vanilla ice cream than putting sliced banana on top with cherry syrup and cherry's on top.

Every summer as I hold my family close especially after the pandemic after what all that has happened in our lives and in the next we move on to live stronger in our lives and enjoy each moment with memories from a kid passing them on to them as traditions in it. I hope other's that read this takes stuff out and uses it as there holiday or summer maker. Making great memories and excellent dreams out of them. I hope all of my family is still good and strong and like to remember my mother and father for all the memories from my childhood.
