Mango Milkshake For Summer -

Mango lassi / Mango milkshake will be prepared in a very easy way, which will be ready in few minutes. We will make cold mango milkshake from the upcoming Dasheri variety of mango, it is one of the most commonly found mango variety in North India.This non-fiber variety of mango is very sweet to eat, its color is golden yellow and its fragrance is also strong. Mango Shake will be topped with lots of chopped cashew-almonds, raisins, which will add crunchiness to the mangoshake when you drink it, and will add a final touch to it with a refreshing touch that enhances the taste of the mangoshake with its aroma and flavour.

We will make Mango Shake in a mixer in the easiest way, but you can also make it with a hand grinder. We all eagerly wait for mango in the summer season. Mango, which is known as the 'King of Fruits', is used to make many dishes, such as mango pickles are made from raw mangoes that arrive at the beginning of summer, some people are sour and sweet. If you add mango pickle, some are just sour, mango ice cream, mango mastani,Recipes of Mango Launji, Mango Rasmalai, Mango Firni, Mango Kheer, Frozen Mango Yogurt and many more.

You can serve this Mango Shake in the morning breakfast, Shyam's breakfast, you can also get compliments by drinking it to the guests coming in the summer season. Children also like it very much and at the same time it is also very good for their health.

Best Mango Varieties For Mango Milkshake -

There are many varieties of mangoes, but the best in mangoshake flavor seems to be the two varieties Dasheri or Badami, also known as Alphonso, as these mangoes do not contain fibre.Mango shake of fiber mango is not good to drink, on drinking it, fibers come in the mouth which spoils its taste. There are many ways to make mango shake, some people make it by adding ice cream, some without adding milk. So it's up to your taste how you like it. Here I will make mango shake without ice cream with milk.

Preparation Time – 5 Minutes Cooking Time – 5 Minutes Total Time – 10 Minutes Prepared – 4 Glasses

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sized mangoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 + 1/2 cup full cream cold milk (raw/boiled)
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 8-9 ice cubes
  • 6-7 cashew nuts almonds chopped
  • 5-6 raisins
  • 3-4 tsp Roohfza (for garnishing)

How To Make Mango Milkshake -

  • Wash the mango, peel and cut it into pieces and discard the kernels.
  • Now grind the chopped mango pieces in a mixer jar with sugar and 1 cup milk.
  • Keep in mind that the mango pieces should be grinded well and become like a paste.
  • Now add the remaining milk and ice cubes in it, once again grind it till it becomes uniform.
  • Pour the prepared Mangi Milkshake into the glass.
  • Garnish with chopped dry fruits, raisins and roohfze on top and serve immediately.

suggestion:

  • If mango is sour then increase the quantity of sugar and if it is too sweet then reduce the quantity of sugar.
  • Always use sweet ripe mangoes for mango shake.
  • The milk to be used should be kept in the fridge to cool very fast, this will make the shake faster.
  • If you like a thick shake, then increase or decrease the quantity of milk as per your preference.
  • You can increase or decrease the amount of ice as per your liking.
  • Adding 1 tbsp of vanilla ice cream while grinding the mango enhances its taste.
  • Do not make mango shake and keep it in the fridge for more than 3-4 hours, due to the presence of milk, it bursts.
  • And its taste gets spoiled, try to make it fresh and drink it.
