- ¼ cup brown sugar substitute

-½ cup sour cream

- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

-½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour an eight-inch cake pan. In a bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.

In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar substitutes on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the sour cream, heavy whipping cream and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until just blended. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting.

-½ cup sour cream

- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

-½ teaspoon vanilla
