While the feeding continues we are lead to the classic eggs and bacon with a fan writing in about Chicken and dumplings, so I thought lets plan for the day. In this morning we are gonna be ready with boiled eggs which are some what healthy for us if the yolk is removed. The reason is that it is will be that it is protein around the yolk. A boiled egg carries seventy-seven calories and point six grams of carbs in it. It has a total fat of five point three grams and from that a saturated fat of one point six grams. It's monounsaturated fat is two grams and Cholesterol is two hundred and twelve grams, but lets break up a little while are sources are still at the bottom of the page. Lets try to make it easy to get through. Lets move to the making of after you have boiled an egg to the point of fully cooked or hard. Taking our time cause a raw egg can and will equal salmonella. Salmonella is a horrible disease that affects your belly. Which include stuff to gross to talk about. It can take up to several weeks to heal. A terrible infection to have. Bacon is a tasty even though can be fattening to the bite. A good sum still devours it on a weekly basis. How do we eat it? Even though it comes in many forms from turkey to beef it originates from the side of a pig. That taste, so gooey deli-sh. Due to food poisoning it is unsafe to eat raw and never should be done. Make sure as you fry or bake your bacon, even deep fry it. If it suits you to the point of fully cooked. It always taste good if you do it right. In the meantime, while we got time in the past recent days I've had people write in to me wanting to be on here. I decide even though it can be a wintery soup, why not choose dumplings. These are a little different from the normal dumpling. They are made with jiaozi. It is a flour based batter made of unleavened dough and savory fillings consisting of minced ingredients like meat, egg, tofu, or vegetables. Paired nicely with salad and milk to enjoy the afternoon with.

I like to thank Agnes from Vancouver, Canada for being, so brave and bold to write in through "#StopAsainHate" letting her voice be heard. Bringing us Chinese dumplings to the day. Her Instagram link is at the bottom of the page. Agnes is a foodie, she is Asian American and believes in optimism and Independence on a day to day lifestyle.

The saddest of events have happened in the past recent years and before that. Asian Hate is one of the worse things to hear and to believe that it does not exist is even worse. Willful negligence is the worst crime I believe in turning your head on a crime, especially to show control even worse. At the bottom of the page in the information area will be sites and numbers you can call or look for more information on. Happy Fourth of July to all my readers, sorry this one was a bit smaller, but two meals to get you through the day. They I believe go with each other hand in hand. Hope every one will enjoy the fireworks that there city will be putting on for Independence Day. One of the greatest holidays if not the greatest in America. It is when America got there Independence from British monarchy in the seventeen-hundreds. Have a great day and nice holiday.
