Ielts Academic Writing Exercise 7

Task 1

The illustration displays how quick nuddles are made.

It is an automated process that has six key stages: mixing raw materials, making dough strips, making noodle discs, cooking, drying, and packaging.

Initially, a vehicle transports flour housed in storage silos to a manufacturing facility. In order to make dough, it is mixed with water and oil there. The dough is next passed through a number of rollers, which knead it into dough sheets with the ideal consistency and thickness for instant noodles. The sheets are then divided into strips of dough by slitters, which are then put in molds to create noodle discs.

The discs next undergo the oil-frying portion of the cooking procedure.

After being fried, they are allowed to cool and dry before being placed in cups with packets of vegetables and bits. The cups are then labeled and sealed.

Task 2

Nowadays the way many people interact with each other has changed because of technology. In what ways has technology affected the types of relationships people make? Has this become a positive or negative development?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Write at least 250 words.

Every industry, including communication, is undergoing a rapid technological transformation. Yet, due to a number of shortcomings, which raise questions about both its advantages and disadvantages, it is difficult to consider this significant shift in communication methods to be entirely beneficial.

To begin, one of the salient advantages of positive growth is that technology has made communication more convenient and easy. Nowadays, thanks to technological advancements like Skype, video conferencing, Whatsapp, and social networking sites like Facebook, individuals are just a click away from their loved ones. Everyone has become more sociable as a result of these developments. Second, there are a ton of opportunities in the method that letters, telegrams, and phone calls were made. People used to wait in lengthy lineups on S.T.D and I.S.D booth but today cell phone and modern gizmos permit everyone to engage easily.

Nevertheless, certain disadvantages are unavoidable, such as the fact that individuals spend a lot of time using computers these days and don't choose to visit their friends and family in person, which results in deteriorating relationships. One of my childhood friends, for instance, wanted to see me in person for special events like festivals and birthdays, but now days she sends me texts to wish me well and offer wishes. Even the majority of the family members are afflicted by hypoxia, a condition brought on by loneliness. This is a really concerning problem for imitate connections.

In conclusion, while having many negatives, no one can afford to turn away from this contemporary technology that is advancing so quickly and must make our lives easier.

Task 1

The map depicts a public park named Grange Park when it initally built in 1920 ,and how it appears currently.

The layout of the park has generally been altered to accommodate contemporary amenities, which have taken the place of certain natural elements. The functionality and accessibility have both been enhanced by the changes.

There are still two doors on Eldon Street and Arnold Revenue.

However, the park now includes an underground car park ,and a right side entrance from Eldon Street was developed for car park customers.

The park's former centerpiece, a fountain, has been replaced with a rose garden that is encircled by seating after you enter from Eldon Street.

The former glass house and setting area have been replaced with a water feature to the right of the Eldon Street entrance.

The former location of the rose garden and water plants pond next to the water feature is now home to a café and a play area for kids.

A stage for artists used to be located on the left side of the park; currently there is an amphitheater there. The rose garden on the Arnold Avenue side is the only thing in this area that hasn't altered.

Task 2

Artists need a certain amount of freedom to develop their creativity . some people think that artists should have total freedom to express any thoughts and ideas.

To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Art is the externalization of an artist's talents. Hence, some individuals support giving artists complete freedom; while, others openly disagree with this viewpoint. In my view, independence is essential to a larger degree, but in order to prevent any unpleasant situations, their job should be well supervised.

First off, there are a variety of arguments in support of granting artists complete freedom. First of all, if they are unrestricted, which enables them to expose all social ills in society without fear. They reveal the diseased area and demand that society remove it. Any kind of restriction will prevent them from speaking. Second, because of their remarkable talents, these creative artists are the heart of any country. If they are allowed to express themselves freely, they definitely have the ability to create a work of art that will elevate each nation's standing on the global stage.

So far, I believe that complete liberty may have a negative impact on the person and on society, since artists are often seen painting unpleasant images and including antisocial speech in films, which results in community riots and damaged feelings among the populace. People's lives are lost as a result of these actions. For instance, a few Hindu gods are seen begging in the well-known movie. In addition to receiving condemnation from the Hindu community, this movie also triggered riots that resulted in several deaths. They shouldn't be granted complete freedom as a result.

In conclusion, even if artists must be given the freedom to express their creativity, the government must make sure that doing so won't offend others.
