You might be curious about how to best use Instagram now that you know its many benefits. Here are my top 15 tips for using Instagram for business. These tips will allow you to use Instagram to promote your company efficiently.

1. Maximize Your Bio And Profile

You can set up an account on Instagram, add your profile information, and create a bio. It's easy. When using Instagram to promote your business, you must focus on just a few areas. Customers can find you quickly if your profile picture is consistent. The same Instagram username and Twitter handle will make you easy to locate. It also makes tagging/mentioning your Instagram posts easier when shared on Twitter. Your bio should be interesting, entertaining, and representative of your brand.

2. In The Bio, İnclude Your Website URL

Your bio is the only place you can put an active link on Instagram. Choose carefully which URL you want to include here. Put the link in your bio if you wish to direct people to your blog, about, services, or product pages. You can also include the URL of a contest or a lead page to track leads if you have it in your bio. This URL can be changed as often as you like, so make sure to use it.

3. Register Your Account PUBLIC

You can keep your Instagram private if you use it for personal purposes. Your account should be visible if you use Instagram to promote your company. People will be less likely to follow your account if they don't have access to your images or if they need permission.

4. Use Hashtags

Hashtags can be an excellent way for your posts to get more exposure and reach new people. Choose 5-7 hashtags that best represent your image or business. It is terrible to try and hack popular hashtags to get more reach.

5. Varietate Your Content

Like every social media platform, your posts should not be about you and your products. You can show them off and highlight them. You can also highlight behind-the-scenes posts and other posts which represent your community involvement, highlight customers or show the fun side of your brand.

6. Photos And Videos Can Be Used

Videos make up only 4% of brand posts, but they can be an excellent way for you to connect with your customers. Photos are more engaging than videos. Mixing up your posts can get the best of both video and photos.

7. Make Use of Filters

Instagram offers built-in filters that can be used to enhance photos and videos. These filters can make even the most straightforward posts look extraordinary.

8. Do Not Share Every Post On Facebook or Twitter

While you can share a few posts to Facebook or Twitter (I recommend them as teasers), don't share all of your posts to other sites. Why would you want your followers to follow you on Instagram if you shared every post on Facebook? In short, the biggest answer to this question is give them a reason to follow you on Instagram.

9. Spacing Your Posts

Do not post photos in a row to crowd your audience's feeds. Space them between posts every 30-60 minutes (or more). You will get more engagement if you leave more space between posts.

10. Comment

Ask questions and leave comments inviting users to comment on your posts. You should reply to your followers who have taken the time to comment on posts. Instagram is an excellent platform for engagement, and people want to get in touch with you. You can keep the conversation going by using the @name of the person to ensure they see your reply. This will help you grow your audience quickly.

11. Keep Track of Your Analytics

Instagram does not offer an analytics platform. Many third-party apps can help you get everything you need. Statigram is a reliable tool that can measure your success and progress.

12. Make Your Photos

You shouldn't share a Google meme on Instagram. Instead, make your images and post original photos.

13. Organically Grow Your Audience

Do not buy followers. It isn't nice to try to buy followers. Spend the time to get acquainted with other users and encourage them to follow you. Building an audience takes time, but you can do it slowly and steadily.14. Learn From Your Competitors

It's an excellent way for you to increase your success. Learn from others who are successful and find out what they do well.

15. Be You!

Instagram is all about having fun and being entertained. Don't try to be someone you're not because that's risky. Let your brand shine on Instagram, no matter what it is!
