Is this really our world?

Malik thought his world was huge. He lived in an apartment complex outside of Houston Tx., he walked his dogs after work and made dinner and showered and went to work in the morning at St. Nicholas the hospital he was employed at as a security guard. Malik picked the hospital because he wanted to get into medicine, probably as a nurse. He wasn’t too sure about paying for med school. Malik thought St. Nicholas was a strange name for a hospital at first, St. Nicholas is the patron saint of sailors, merchants, archers, repentant thieves, children, brewers, pawnbrokers and students. Maybe not, there are a lot of lost souls in many hospitals around the world.

One day while doing rounds in the sub-level of the hospital he wandered into a room that was normally locked. It smelled weird and was too hot and humid for a basement, even for Houston in September. Not long after looking around he felt queasy, so he went outside for some air. Now feeling better, he finished his shift and was about to go home, he ran into a nurse that worked the same shift as him and asked her what the room in the basement used for, the nurse said it used to be an incinerator room but was broken as far as she knew. What neither of them knew was there was an employee who was stealing drugs and other items he thought were cool and hiding them in one of the incinerators because they were broken, and no one goes into the creepy basement. What the thief didn’t know was the newly hired head of maintenance wanted to be a good employee and get the incinerators up and running because it would be much less expensive for the hospital to burn their own waste instead of outsourcing it to another hospital with the same procedures in place to burn hazardous waste. Maintenance was firing up the incinerators to see what needed to be repaired, low and behold they fired up on the first try after some basic safety checks. They were shut down in the late 70’s because the hospital was on a tight budget and the fuel was too expensive.

Later that night while sleeping Malik had a weird dream. He dreamt about being back at work and overhearing the news on the TV in the breakroom. In his dream, fringe scientists as Malik called them because they weren’t really considered scientists due to their belief in other dimensions and alien life forms, were talking on the news interview that our Earth is just a speck in what we think is the universe. The “scientists” were saying that planet Earth was merely a cell on another living organism and the “Universe” is just the space between cells on this living organism we call the Universe. They were saying that we are about a tenth of the the size of a micron compared to the living organism that we live on. It went on to say that our solar system where our planet and the others of our solar system rotate around the sun is really just the internal workings of a living cell, with the nuclei of the cell being the sun and the other planets are basically like DNA. So somehow these “scientists” figured out that existence is merely “cells” or in our case the solar system in which we live is merely a cell living in or making up another living organism that is incomprehensibly huge to us. So according to the news broadcast Malik heard, this new theory is that other dimensions are just various sized beings we are supposedly living on, here on what we call Earth, is merely a cell to something even bigger than whatever the thing we are supposed to be living on with our now tiny planet. So that means the creature that we are living on is so large we think there might not be life anywhere else, because it is too far for humans to investigate. But we are actually living on a life form that is so large to us in comparison that we cannot comprehend the size of it, and if the conspiracy theory is correct then the creature we are living on is but a mere speck on yet another life form that is somehow bigger than our entire knowledge of the known and unknown universe, so we had it all wrong If the “scientists” are correct. If any of this is at all true than there are whole civilizations living in and on our bodies, and those societies have a past, present and future. How does time work on the different levels? Is anything we know at all accurate about life and death? So are all of the millions and millions of years as we experience them here on “Earth” but mere Nano seconds to our hosts?

When Malik woke up the dream had him freaked out for a while, but hey, it was just a dream, right? Every now and then throughout history there have been lunar eclipses and now thinking back to a strange growth Malik had on his arm a few years ago and how the Dr. looked at it under a microscope he wondered if the Total lunar eclipse the Earth just witnessed was a hung over Dr. with a red eye looking at the Earth to see what problems we were causing our host. Maybe that’s what is going on with all the sick people with cancer here on Earth, maybe old cells or micro societies aka planets that we think are merely cells are just dysfunctional worlds that are acting up and we as the host think they are cancer, and we pay a Dr. to eradicate the sick cells. Malik thought that maybe all the breaks we’ve had here on “Earth” weren’t time periods, but maybe the host we’re living on got ill from our sick way of life and had the Earth or to the “cell” radiated so they wouldn’t get sick again.

It was too much to think about, so Mailk finished his coffee and went to bed. Malik could drink coffee 24/7 without it affecting his sleep. He had no idea of who he could share this newly minted information with without ending up on the 5th floor of the hospital, the 5th floor was for those who suffered from maladies of the brain. So, he kept it to himself for now.

What if global warming and deforestation are just symptoms of old age for the host we live on? The deforestation is hair loss and the Earth getting hotter is an elderly person moving to a warmer climate to enjoy retirement?
