Lt. Randi Linder who ignored an IA Complaint in December 2019

This is a follow up article to Pooler, Ga Police Department Exposed Part One - Or How Domestic Violence is Police Culture Case #1 that can be viewed on my Vocal account.

Let me start this by saying I am not anti-law enforcement. I am anti-corrupt law enforcement. I don't like police officers turning a blind eye while their colleagues watch them hurt people, animals and especially when their police chiefs cover it up. 24 months ago, I was headed to law school with federal financial aid to attend The University of Alabama (I also had Federal Financial Aid to attend Johnson University to get a Masters in Counseling, where if I had attended, I was going to focus on trauma counseling for first responders). One of the things I was most passionate about was doing employment law for police officers, fire fighters and EMS. Not even two years later, I often cringe when I see a police officer-because so many have turned a blind eye to what has been done to me. I cannot hardly look at a cat without turning my head and I am deathly afraid of EMTs. I don’t hold what officers did to me against every police officer- but all it takes is one to terrify me of an entire department and rather quickly.

I was a Juvenile Probation Officer for Chatham County Juvenile Court. In fact, Pooler was my supervision area. I lived in Pooler from March 2014 until March 2019. I never had anything more than a traffic ticket for speeding. I considered Pooler home. I loved Pooler- I could still tell you a memory that went along with every business there-all good. Until December 2018. A month after I was sexually assaulted in Brookhaven Ga gathering court documents in a wrongful termination case I was pulled over by a Pooler PD officer for driving on a suspended license that wasn't suspended. In fact, I was going home from trying to pay the speeding ticket in Bloomindale GA (They wouldn't take my debit card despite having the money in my account so I was forced to go home and pay it online.)

The officer took my license (which he kept and was never returned- it was my temporary license because somehow like in November 2018 when I was sexually assaulted my physical license was disappearing out of my $1000 a month apartment- which my property manger Jennifer Greene did not care about, even when it was my Life Planner, my debit and credit cards, car keys, checkbook, cigerettees, lighters, even medication), and arrested me without even having committed a traffic offense (He had my license pulled up on his computer in in his SUV). He had me move my car to the Olive Garden Parking lot, arrested me- without Miranda Rights. (Small footnote here- Officers are required to take you to jail for Driving on a Suspended License. I was taken to the Pooler Police Station, fingerprinted and driven back to my apartment complex.) When I went to court on the citation, the officer left the courtroom before the case was called. Having been through enough I paid the $100 fine and left ..just trying to not have to deal with one more thing. It wasn't right- the officer who arrested me wasn't present in the courtroom for me to face my accuser- he was in fact talking to the clerk who takes the payments. Having been sexually assaulted , suing Chatham County for Wrongful Termination, having had a Chatham County Superior Court Judge , Thomas Bass illegally take my firearm, two months prior, after being accused by Jennifer Davenport and Van Johnson of being a danger of shooting up buildings I hadn't been to in years, being threatened by the Sheriff deputy who delievered the illegal order and having not been allowed to even attend the hearing I had a lot on my plate. I was trying to figure out how and where to move, waiting on a decision from the Ga Supreme Court in a Petition for Writ of Certiorari and waiting for the federal financial aid, a tax refund so I could get to the next phase of my life.

Few of my readers will be able to quote Federal RICO code chapter and verse, or Ga POST codes that should result in POST licenses being removed and officers going to jail..so bare with me if I add those in. The following police officers have knowingly violated the law for almost two years and it has gone unchecked by their bosses long enough. As long as I have a breath in me, I will not ever be silent. If anyone is qualified to write this it is me. I was in law enforcement for over a decade and I am the victim in this case. Since my colleagues all over the state of Ga, have chosen to protect these officers while knowing what I have been through alone..I have to be the one to say something.

Two cats Jacob and Ella were killed by two of them. As their mom, I have to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. They also have hidden my car, with evidence of my sexual assault (which happened in the course of trying to protect public employees like these very officers from facing a wrongful termination), wrongful termination and domestic violence as the former girlfriend of one of their officers. I had never in my life been arrested. One day a few months after I was sexually assaulted in Brookhaven,Ga I made the mistake of buying a random stranger coffee at the Pooler Dunkin Donuts. I did not know this would ruin my life for the next two years and cost me everything I owned- A Pooler police officer.

We start with the Pooler, Ga PD.. from the Chief of Police to the patrol unit. In all their unglory.

Chief Ashley Brown [email protected]

Chief Ashley Brown has been aware of the following incidents since Dec 2019 when I first emailed him, after filing an IA Compliant via email with Lt Randi Linder whose only response was "We will see how the case progresses" not another word, not even a question about the events, nor would he even drive an hour to speak to me. Despite even emailing Chief Ashley Brown the medical records for my animals to prove they existed, I still have received no response. He was provided vet records showing Jacob and Ella were last seen by their vet in March 2019. Only two months later his officers would have a hand in their death.

Jacob Taylor

Cidney-Ella Caylee

I have continued to send emails and call and received no response.

Capt Craig Bogden-Patrol Commander cbogden@poo;er-ga.gov

Capt. Craig Bogden - As I called the Pooler PD, in November 2020 and tried to leave messages to speak to Chief Brown to follow up on the unanswered emails. I received a call from Captain Bogden. Thanks to Ga's one-party consent state law I have the audio of the conversations. He told me I was "a drug addict , alcoholic, mentally ill " and to "investigate the events myself. He told me his officers "routinely" jumpstart cars..explain why none of these officers jumpstarted a car between April 2019 and July 2019.

He told me he would have Lt Randi Linder contact me again - this has never happened.

  • He said he would find my car- he said did, but there was a court order to destroy it - No such court order exists in any Chatham County Court.
Steve Scheer Pooler City Attorney and UGA graduate

  • When I told Capt. Bogden again the car contained original written evidence of the perpetrator in my sexual assault he told me "Pooler takes rape very seriously" following up with telling me "I will leave that to you to investigate." And to call the city attorney Steve Scheer- if he had cared I wouldn't be mentioning him here. He has no concern about the actions and inaction of the Pooler PD. When Capt Bogden was told AUSA Karl Knoche who has been aware of the events since December 2019 was aware of the events his response was "That's fine I know AUSA Karl Knoche. " Does hindering a rape investigation, withholding evidence, my car for over two years, preventing me from getting in my own checking account, killing my animals because I was trying escape domestic violence by one of their officers, leaving me in a car for almost three months in the Savannah heat, not helping me even make a phone call and creating a criminal record I never had sound like police work or Protecting and Serving anyone but their own self interest? While refusing to investigate any of it..while denying the victim the opportunity to even have a phone conversation sound just a little illegal? However even Shara Jones, the District Attorney in Chatham County has been aware of it, Sheriff John Wilcher and no one has thought to call the GBI. That would be the first phone call I would make. Through in the officers of the Pooler Pd still threatening me- one Lori McCampbell to arrest me from hundreds of miles away and another threatening to kill me for trying to report the domestic violence just over a month ago, a report no one would take.. or even release the false police reports that their officers wrote which I had until they were stolen, along with my medical history that showed I was on no medication that indicated any severe mental illness- an anti depressant and now medication to prevent nightmares about what was done to me, PTSD they caused. The sad thing- I was raped protecting these officers rights to Due Process and they have helped cover it up by taking the original receipt from the night I was raped linking the tow truck driver who raped me, who used his credit card and I reimbursed with cash, because I had my driver's license taken out of my apartment. Photos of my injuries, as well as the domestic violence, my check books, thousands of dollars in jewelry, clothes, and my LSAT books and notes- because even left in that car I was studying for my LSAT- I was supposed to be there on 06/20/2019. Instead I was left in the car, as Pooler officers drove through at night, and even gave me my driver's license number- it was Ofr. Patrick Douherty, who had only been on the job a few months, who has two daughters, an Iphone, drinks Java and chews tobacco, who had a bottle of GermX in his SUV. Who was left out of a police BBQ, who told me he would talk to the secretary about getting me some help and left me in the car for weeks, never returning until I saw him do a traffic stop by Mellow Mushroom. Or when he stopped me and told me to go find the white van that sat in a parking lot and left me on the side of the road. He somehow thinks I have a Scoobey Doo tattoo..ask me what I was wearing when he said that because I can remember that too. I bet he doesn't remember letting me walk behind his SUV, and talking to me while I sit my hand on his arm and he did nothing but leave me there. I was sexually assaulted protecting his job. They never arrested me all the months they left me in that car in the Starbucks parking lot. They just left me there. Then illegally took the car and left me in the street. So if anyone wants to know why every public employee in Ga is now at will by the fraud Jennifer Davenport pulled on the Ga Supreme Court- and I can't get to the evidence to fix it- talk to them.

[email protected] Lt Randi Linder

Lt. Randy Lindler - Office of Professional Standard. I filed a written IA complaint in December 2019. The first time I had access to a computer. His response- "we will see how the case progresses" Almost two years later the injuries officers inflicted both emotional and physical have resulted in such severe injury it resulted in an a gallbladder surgery of which I am still suffering medical complications from and can not get medical treatment at any hospital in Ga.

Lt Woods - Lt. Woods appeared with Sgt. Christopher Dotson and Ofr. Patrick Doherty to arrest me for drinking coffee in the IHOP I bought. He left the scene. To be clear- I had not been banned from the IHOP had never been told to leave, was not sleeping under the bench, and was not read Miranda Rights.

  • When I was arrested by Ofr. James Redd for walking to by a soda at the local Parker's he was wearing Ofr. Carelock's nameplate instead of his own. A police officer impersonating a another police officer is still impersonating a police officer.
  • Lt Woods was present at no less than three other incidents that his officers were breaking the law and participated in their illegal actions. In fact, on several occasions he told me to walk to other locations , then allowed his officers to harass me.

Assistant Watch Commander Diamond Newton- The week before Mother's Day 2019 she and R. Montgomery appeared behind my car, told me I was giving up my two cats, They could be "rehomed" , went and bought me two BLTS and turkey sandwich from IHOP and left. They made a phone call for me but would not even allow me to speak to my ex boyfriend, another police officer in another town 6 hours away.

  • Later suffering from starvation and dehydration, caused by the Pooler Police officers, she told me I needed to go to the hospital because the malnutrition induced edema had gotten so bad I could barely walk.
  • She would accost me in the Pooler Publix while using the bathroom and tell me I was not being banned but had to go out into the heat.
  • Previously, she and Ofr K. Johnson would stop me outside the Pooler Wild Wings , where Ofr. K. Johnson would tell me that he would email a then friend of mine Anthony Waller in Athens, and to go back to my car on a Friday night. Is this someone you want mentoring children? I would say no. https://www.savannahnow.com/accent/2016-06-12/teamwork-makes-dream-work-mentors-brighten-savannah-childrens-lives

Sgt. Christopher Dotson..

Christopher Dotson -the Unfinest of Pooler PD

The list is long on Christopher Dotson-

  • The most egregious - he stole my underwear, white gold necklace, notebook and various other items after he took my two Harvey's seatbelt bags into evidence - for no reason.
  • He literally helped Ofr. Stevens ban me from The Courtyard Hotel for walking in without shoes and being told I just couldn't come in without shoes..They forced me to sit outside in the heat while Ofr. Stevens went to Wal-mart and bought me a pair of gold sparkling shoes, bought me a cheese burger at IHOP, gave me three warm bottles of Auqafina and drove me the short distance to my car.
  • Sgt. Dotson was also present when Ofr. Patrick Dogherty arrested me for buying a cup of coffee from IHOP, when several officers acosted me on the street and offered to give me $40 "If it would help." Which I didn;t take.
  • He was present when I was illegally arrested for "being banned from Pooler Parkway" when I had gone to the local Parker's to buy a soda, and instead of being arrested at the Parker's I was told to walk to the Dunkin Donuts parking lot. If I was so dangerous I had to be arrested for walking to buy a soda- why would I have to walk myself unescorted to the Dunkin Donuts ? When I requested my Miranda Rights be read to me - he thought it was a better idea to debate when Miranda applied (while I was in handcuffs) then to actually read them.
  • He was present when Ofr Patrick Dogherty and another Pooler PD officer a black male with a white goatee told me it was too hot in June 2019 for me to be in the car, had me load up several bags in Ofr Dogherty's SUV and drove me to Savannah. Sounds like a perfect time to have jumpstarted a car to me.
  • He was present when I was arrested by Ofr Campos for being stranded across the street from the Pooler PD , for Criminal Loitering (O.C.G.A. specifically states if an explanation can be given for the person being there, they don't flee there is an affirmative defense and can not be arrested)
  • Off-duty at the Parker's in Pooler, while drinking a soda, and getting gas for his Blue Toyota, he failed to provide aid.
  • How he got Supervisor of the Year any Year especially 2019 is a mystery that can never be solved by anyone even POST investigator William Newsome who has been aware of all of this since December 2019 https://www.savannahnow.com/business/20190128/pooler-chamber-recognizes-new-board-award-recipients . Worst Supervisor of the year would be more fitting.

Sgt. Christopher Dotson treated a homeless mother and child better than a victim of domestic violence by a Pooler PD officer, a sexual assault survivor, a judicial officer better.

    https://www.wsav.com/community/pooler-police-help-homeless-mother-and-child-on-christmas/

The man behind the cover-up of a Federal RICO violation that spans his entire department from command staff to Officers.

Not one of them thought to treat me even like I was a human being. I was last arrested on 08/27/19- Pre Covid. I will not have an arraignment until December 23, 2021. This was moved from a March 2021 date. Last I remember I am entitled to the right to Speedy Trial, even on an illegal charge. Yet, the County I served with distinction, the officers I was sexually assaulted in the process of trying to make sure they have rights as public employees, have allowed not only me to carry the emotional weight of being sexually assaulted, have prevented a tow truck driver from being brought to justice .. including their Chief of Police Ashley Brown along with being felons who killed two cats, stole a car, ruined my ability to get into law school for the last two years, prevented me from having anything that I ever bought, including my car, my checking account and the most empathy they could muster was "You can rebuy it all" courtesy of Ofr. Lutz.

The logical question here is why am I not naming the police officer who hit me when and after I was his girlfriend. The answer- I want someone with a badge to ask since killing animals, stealing a car over a dead car battery and hiding evidence of a sexual assault aren’t enough for anyone to care about for 22 months. No police officer in Ga has been even willing to interview me about my sexual assault. Not one has protected me from continuing to be victimized by people attacking me. No one has stood up for me, but me. Even the press has ignored this information. Everyone I have ever known, worked with and loved has left me to handle it alone. I will not be silent .. for myself or Jacob and Ella.
