...And Other Crimes Against Animals

There is no excuse to hurt an animal and sure as hell no reason to attempt to have sexual intercourse with an animal. Like babies, animals are 100% innocent. That doesn’t stop some people from taking it too far and putting animals in the middle of their nasty thoughts and crazy acts. The following stories highlight some of those sick individuals who’ve committed serious crimes against animals.

Columbine-style Attack & Bestiality

In September 2021, police arrested a 17-year-old high school senior who attended Lorena High School and allegedly threatened a “Columbine-style attack” against the school.

Daniel Dakota Weber made the threats on his Instagram account, saying he and his friends were going to plant C4 bombs in the school and open fire after they entered the school. He threatened to shoot law enforcement if they attempted to intervene in his plans.

Many of the people who saw the threats on his Instagram page notified the police. The police called the school to notify them about the threats.

Weber told the police he did not intend to harm anyone or shoot up the school. Instead, he says, he did not want to go to school and thought making the threats would result in the cancellation of classes.

Police searched his phone after his arrest and made a shocking discovery when they allegedly found bestiality videos and photos.

Daniel Dakota Weber was charged with third-degree felony terroristic threats and bestiality.

The videos show a mixed-breed dog having sex with Weber. The bestiality acts took place at the New Road Inn on South Interstate 35. This location is the current residence of Weber’s parents.

He faces up to two years in prison if convicted of bestiality as well as time in prison if convicted of making terroristic threats.

Florida man who beat, stabbed and stuffed puppy in suitcase sentenced to 10 years in prison

Ollie the Pit Bull puppy endured a horrific death. His owner, Brendan Evans, stabbed the animal 50 times before stuffing it into a suitcase. The puppy was still alive when stuffed into the suitcase.

Ollie fought hard but sadly, died from his injuries two days after he was found.

In November 2021, Evans was sentenced to 10-years behind bars by a Hollywood, Florida, judge, after pleading guilty to charges of animal cruelty. He was initially charged with 17 counts of animal cruelty. The plea agreement dropped all but two of the charges against him.

The attack on Ollie took place in 2017. Evans denied involvement in the crime but after investigators found cat paws and severed rat heads in his freezer, as well as dried animal blood and fur in the oven, he made a full confession.

Man Arrested for Sex With Miniature Horse

In October 2021, the owner of a miniature horse noticed that it had ligature marks around his neck. Puzzled as to the cause of the marks, the owner installed cameras around her barn.

Two days after installing the cameras at the Vero Beach home, the owner witnesses a man enter the barn and stand behind the horse in a sexual manner. He returned to the barn three times over the course of the night.

The owner called the police to make a report. Police later identified the man as 57-year-old Fellsmere resident, Santiago Victoria.

When interviewed by police, Santiago told police that he did not have permission to enter the barn and went inside for the explicit purpose of intercourse with the animal. There was no shame in his game.

He was arrested and charged with three counts of Burglary.
