Gang Member Molests Teen as Part of “Initiation”

In 2017, a 25-year-old Atlanta man named Antonio Banks was charged with child molestation and kidnapping after he attempted to forcefully perform oral sex on a child under age 16 as part of a gang initiation.

The arrest report states that Banks and another male juvenile held the 16-year-old in a hideout in Lithonia, Georgia. The teen willingly participated in the initiation until he learned what was involved.

Banks attempted to perform oral sex on the juvenile who then attempted to flee the hideout. Banks was also accused of burning the juvenile with a cigarette.

The report stated:

"[Banks] and another juvenile held [the victim] against his will after [he] tried to run from them while being initiated into the gang. [The victim] may have been a willing participant until oral sex became a part of it."

Police described the act as a “sexual beating in” to Gangster Disciples street gang. Banks was an alleged member of the GDs at the time of the incident, according to Maj. Stephen Fore, the Dekalb County police department spokesman.

The Gangster Disciples is one of the largest street gangs in the metro Atlanta area with branches across the United States. The gang formed in Chicago during the 1960s after two established gangs, the Black Disciples and the Supreme Gangsters aligned together.

The incident occurred somewhere between May and August 2016, approximately one year before the arrest.

Details concerning the aftermath of the case are not available. Banks’ name does not currently appear in a Georgia Department of Corrections inmate search.

Blair Whitten Plows People Down at Ex-Boyfriend’s Funeral

Going out on a limb here but going to say Whitten didn't care too much for her ex-boyfriend. I don’t know the man’s name or cause of death, but send my deepest condolences to his family.

In September 2021, Blair Whitten pleaded guilty to showing up at her ex-boyfriend’s funeral earlier in the year where she tried to run people over. She also ran over gravesites at Riverside Cemetery in Fargo, North Dakota.

The 28-year-old woman pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor. She was sentenced to probation, given credit for the 95 days she had already spent incarcerated at Cass County Jail.

This was not the first time Whitten had trouble with the law. In July 2021, she allegedly spray painted a Jesus statue black at a Fargo church. She also threatened to burn down a home and rape a couple’s dog the same month.

Man Says He is “Kind of Tickled” After Shooting Roommate Dead

88-year-old Larry Shaw murdered his roommate, 52-year-old Kenny Barnes, when the younger man asked him to do chores. After Shaw’s arrest, police learned that he never really liked the man he shared a home with in Ozark, Missouri. The men had lived together for six or seven years. It is unclear whether the men were friends or if the relationship was more intimate in nature.

Shaw went on to tell police he was tired of the way Barnes treated him. He said the man belittled and degraded him over the years.

He snapped when Barnes told him to do chores. He had enough of the man. He retrieved a handgun and sat down in a recliner where he hid the weapon between the cushions. He then sat in the chair waiting for Barnes to return home for more than three hours.

When Barnes arrived home, Shaw shot the man in the chest. Barnes was found dead outside of the home.

Shaw told police that he was “kind of tickled” that he killed the man. He went on to say that he wanted to urinate on the man’s grave.
