Liverpool just keeps on rolling

There are 12 games left in the 38 match season. Liverpool are ahead of second place by 25 pts. Liverpool are the current UEFA Champions League winners, they have won the UEFA Super Cup against Chelsea back in August, and they won the Club World Cup against Flamengo in December.

They are 1st in the Premier League with 76 points, a 25 point lead above second place which is Manchester City with 51 Points. They have gone 26 matches unbeaten, 25 wins and only one draw. Their win streak continues after a 1-0 victory at Norwich City. They are on an unbeaten streak of 43 games in all competitions which Arsenal holds the record of 49, achieved from May 2003-Oct 2004. Liverpool are one win away from beating the win streak record of 18 which Manchester City achieved in 2017. They are one win away from beating their 1972 record of 21 Home wins and they're three wins away from beating the away win streak of 11.

The way they have been playing this season has been pretty much unstoppable. This Liverpool team is close to being the next Invincibles. This team will probably go down as one of the best teams in history. They have already won a few trophies this season. They are out of the Carabao Cup but have a chance to win bigger trophies. Liverpool just have to win five more premier league games to be champions, and its only February, which is the earliest a premier league team has won the trophy.

The good thing about this team is that they may not always be in the best form in some games but they always find a way to win games. With that relentless intensity and "mamba mentality" they will win every trophy for the remainder of the season. It's already conclusive that they winning the Premier League, they still have a chance of winning the FA Cup and the Champions League.

Liverpool face Chelsea in the 5th Round of the FA Cup on March 3rd. They face Atletico Madrid for two legs in the Round of 16 in the Champions League on Feb 18 and March 11. The way the team is playing they have a chance of advancing in both competitions. Atletico and Chelsea are good teams but Liverpool have arguably have the best back four, a very good midfield, and one of the best front three in Europe. As long as everyone stays healthy and doesn't get injured, they will definitely win everything. Reminder. its only February, and they are unstoppable at the moment.

Manager Jurgen Klopp is doing a fantastic job by man managing the players and installing the winning mentality into their minds. Getting Takumi Minamino was a good signing for the reds. He can play multiple positions including, a forward, wing, or RM/LM positon. Another good signing would be Timo Werner. He mainly plays in a striker position. What this signing would do is give the front three (Mane, Firmino, Salah) a chance to rest. Werner has incredible pace as well so with a front three of Mane, Salah, and Werner, that would be a problem for a lot of defenses to handle with all that speed. Klopp can rotate his players as well with Minamino and Werner. Another possible front three would be Werner at striker, Minamino on the wing and Divock Origi opposite of Minamino. With adding Werner to the squad, that would really help with resting players and giving opponents new problems and a better chance to win more trophies in the coming years. Klopp has received the January Manager of the Month, his fifth of the season. With his management style and player management, there is no doubt, that this team will win plenty more silverware.
