Must Have Skincare Products Pt.1

For soft luxurious lips

After seeing many mixed reviews on this product, I had to try it out for myself! I've used many different brands of lip moisterizer in my day but this is my all time favourite. Although the product is a little bit pricier I truly believe it is worth every penny as it lasts a very long time. I use this product as an everday lip balm rather that "lip sleeping mask" and have noticed a massive improvement in the hydration and softness of my lips. Something else I love aboiut this is how glossy the product is, I use this over lip liner as a lip gloss and it keeps my extremely hydrated while acting as a gloss. Overall I would say this product is an essential for soft lips!

Blackhead Remover

There are both pros and cons to this product. If your looking to get rid of blackheads i would highly suggest this as it really gets deep into your pores and is able to clear away dirt leaving your face blackhead free. But this product is extremely pricy, it is about $80 for a medium sized tube! I also notice that the product really irritates my skin and leaves it red for about 30 minutes after use. Personally I believe the irritation is worth it when all blackheads are being removed although I know this would be a dealbreaker for some! The last thing i have to say about this is to make sure to moisterize after as it is a very drying strong product!

Brightening serum

This changed my life! Why this works: This clean, kind-to-skin formula with two types of vitamin C and stabilized by antioxidant-rich Japanese beautyberry helps reveal a translucent, youthful glow. It resurface dull, uneven skin, and helps to reduce the look of dark spots, discoloration, and post-acne scarring. I apply this serum after I wash my face every morning and then go in with my daily mosterizer once it is dried and i am obsessed with the way it makes my skin look! it gives me a vibrant, radiant look that lasts all day! I have felt so much more condident without the use of makeup after trying this product. I strongly recommend this for all skin types, its anti-aging affects also makes it great for all ages!

Want Long Voluminous Lashes?

This stuff is amazing! It is a bit pricey and you need a prescription (which is generally really easy to get) but it is totally worth it is you are looking to add length and volume to your lashes. I had extremely sparce and straight eyelashes which even after curling and using mascara they still weren't voluminous. Because of this I would frequently wear falsies which would just make the issue worse by damaging my existing lashes. after using this for 8 weeks I began to see a difference and after 12 notice my lashes had basically doubled from when I had started. I do recommend buying a thin eyeliner brush (I bought the angled liner brush from e.l.f) and use that instead of the provided brushes (make sure to clean it often and keep it sanitary) since the brushes they give in the box are pretty thick and long I feel that you lose a lot of product in them. With the new brush I used only one drop a night (put in the cap and dip my brush in) which would sufficiently saturate my lashes and then I’d use the leftover to run through my brows as they too are thin and have some bare spots. You will have to continue use to maintain your length but I have been able to do so with one drop every other night or even every 2 nights. I bought a 5ml bottle and it has lasted me well into 5 months and it feels as though there is still probably 1/5 of the bottle remaining. I have added a photo of my lashes (curled and with mascara) at 12 weeks and 16 weeks to show the difference.
