Life is precious
We all are so engaged in our lives that no one acknowledges that our lives are so precious. Life is a gift given to us to make the best out of it. It is a celebration in itself, glorify it, and cherish it every single day. Life is very short to be wasted, to give up on our plans, to stay far away from the people we love. We are ageing every day. We don't know how much time is remaining for us so being content and finding and executing our purpose should be our goal. We all should 5 by 5 rule in our lives. If something you think is not going to happen in the next five years so don't stress about it for more than 5 minutes a day.

Insecurity is a feeling of being not confident, judging yourself, thinking that you are not beautiful enough and this is something which we all have gone through at some stage of life. Why are you letting yourself feel worthless?
Have you felt that you are worthless or have anyone made you feel that you are good for nothing then this is for you. In life, there are some situations where you need to be selfish in order not to lose yourself forever and it's not bad. The most important thing in anyone's life is self-confidence and it even depends on the people who surround us. Positive people will always help you to develop a positive outlook towards life and negative people will make you and your whole life negative and mostly these people make you feel useless.

Criticism
There is always one or the other thing for which we are criticised, it can be our habits or maybe our behaviour towards people. There was a girl who was earlier very soft hearted, used to believe what people say to her, nod with a little soft smile in front of people then take everything to her heart and cry whole night. This was the routine of the girl, yes daily routine but then suddenly she became carefree, she understood everyone is a evil in someone's story and she might be someone's too. She set her free from all these criticism, mean compliments which were born from people's own self doubt. But how did this drastic change came into her life?

The Worst Morning.
"DAD, DAD......................wake up, please wake up for me[shaking him]" said sobbingly by a little girl. She remained there shocked and still holding her father's hand but then suddenly ran towards the door shouting, ringing the bell of the neighbours, begging for help. "Ohh, how can we forget, it's corona time, humanity died but it was good for them not for us at that moment" but than thankfully a family came forward to check what's wrong. They ran hurriedly inside the room, saw a person laying on the bed and as cold as ice. The little girl standing near the door, bowling her eyes out, shivering. They looked at her mom and shook their head from left to right, in order to say no, there is no life.

How depression feels like? How can you overcome it?
Major problem people are facing these days is depression and it has increased even more during the covid-19 times as they are losing their loved ones and not feeling ok. They know they will be okay but not today and probably not tomorrow. Feeling down and not wanting to do anything is perfectly ok sometimes but feeling hopeless, down, confused, changes in the mind, feeling irritated, anxiety are all the symptoms to identify that you are going through a tough time.
