The Heart of America
Somedays I wake up and think we are living in a movie with all that is happening in the world. There area almost 300,000 deaths in the world to date, and every day more people get sick and die. With over 4 million people sick in the world. In my family alone we have over 20 front line workers. Each Tuesday my uncle has created a call for the family to get on and check in on each other. It is a time when you don't know if the person you love most will live though the next day.

Pop Corn and a Movie
Movies are a way to escape what is going on in the world and release some of the stress that can accumulate during this time of shelter in place. For me the movie takes me to another world where my mind can ascend into the characters in these well done movies. Although there are many amazing series and movies I can only bring up four of my favorite for this article. The four series that I have narrowed it down to are 1. Self Made, 2. Miraculous Ladybug, 3. Unorthodox and 4. Letters to a King. In my selection I wanted to make sure I involved all of the family.

Songs that Transcend Music and Become Pure Energy that Feeds the Soul
If we look back through out history we see that music has played a key role in the life of people. Some might even go with the theory that the world was "Sang Into Existence", (Michael McClain). Music can heal the body and soul, it can create movement in art, and can help a soul crying out in pain to feel whole again. The world is full of different song genre, and a person need only turn on the radio to find the song that speaks to their heart.

The Majestic Plains of Wyoming
Wyoming is a state that is looked over a lot when planning vacations for the family. It is a place that is rich with history. The railway, the rodeos, and the river runs make it a memorable experience for people who do take a trip to this Majestic state. The capitol of Wyoming is Cheyenne and to me this is where most of the action is. Another part of the state that I love is Jackson Hole and the entrance to Yellow Stone National Park.

My journey to motherhood began later than most. I was married when I was 33. I was finished with school and almost done with my PhD program. The man I married lived in Florida so I picked up and moved across the US to be with him. We wanted a family right away, but it did not happen.

Float On
The fun, Hawaiian pineapple-themed restaurant started out as an idea. The idea then became a reality when the company opened a food truck. Shave ice was the first creation, but K felt she wanted to expand and do more. She traveled to Hawaii to investigate the exotic flavors and items Hawaii has to offer. They went to every shave ice in Hawaii and picked the best flavors. When they arrived home from their trip, they knew they wanted to be better than the other companies around. They got the best machines that actually shaves the ice instead of pieces. This adaptation to the process enhances the taste of the shave ice.

#KuriStory
The darkness covered the vast jungles of Peru. The blackness was intensified by the large leaves from the trees blocking out the light from the stars. "Let's set up camp here," Levi suggested as he bent down to check the dryness of the dirt in the clearing.
