You see their pictures. Their pictures of the perfect family and their perfect relationship. Look how happy they are. Look how blessed they look. Why can’t I have that? Where can I find that?
Who overthinks a situation at some point or time? The answer is everyone. It is a defense mechanism for our brain. We play out scenarios so we are mentally prepared for them, we imagine worst case scenarios to cushion the blow if it ever happens. However, it is when we get caught up in our over thinking that becomes the problem.
The main difference between a house and a home is that a house is concrete. A house generally refers to a building in which someone lives. In contrast, a home refers to any location that a person thinks of as the place where they live and refer it to a place in which they love and have a family within.
This is never an easy topic to discuss. The word anorexia might sound harmless to some but it is in fact a mental illness. As someone that has suffered from anorexia, I can tell you that it has a large part to do with the mindset of that individual.
Relationships can take time to build and to develop into what they are. However, no one ever said it was easy. It takes patience, sacrifices and communication. It takes trust and hard work not only as a team but as an individual. A relationship is also a huge change compared to our single lifestyle, and it is also one of our greatest tests for ourselves.
Being on 50 acres can be a great way to kill time and a great place to go explore. On and off the trails, the forest is shaped and is forever transitioning.
