Hey hey. Hope you all had an amazing weekend. I just went for a large grocery haul and am finally sitting down to write. As you know, I’ve been out of the Instagram haze for about a month now. When I decided to stop, deleted my account, and got it out of my sight, I started to notice a lot of changes.
I've definitely been watching a lot of TV shows lately, especially on HBO (Succession and The Righteous Gemstones are where it's at right now.). I've been letting my Netflix viewing fall by the wayside, though. Thankfully they've been adding TONS of good stuff that I can't wait to watch this month.

I don’t just like minimalism for the aesthetic of it. It also just feels amazing as a lifestyle. It’s not always about having less things, or a clean room, but about how clear and light you feel when you’ve stripped every factor of your life down to the bare essentials.
I don’t talk about true crime extensively on this blog, but I’d like to. It’s an important topic that can honestly say a lot more about the audience and fanbase than the crimes and criminals themselves. And I think this post about why I take interest in this unsavory topic in the first place is a good way to open the door for future conversation.
Fall is basically here. In LA, the weather is supposed to be a high of 72 today. There’s a faint yellow-orange glow filter on everything outside. It’s just not summer anymore, you know? Which is fine by me. Fall is when my best clothes come out.
