Who is Sasquatch; With Sunbow Truebrother🌈
Introduction Sasquatch has been a topic of debate for the better part of the last 60 years, but the stories of their existence go back long before written records were kept. I am deeply honoured to be able to have had the following conversation, with an Elder who has spent the last 40 years reaching out to Sasquatch. Who he, and I refer to as our Elder Brothers/Sisters.

Three Summers Off The Grid
The concept and practice of Off Grid Living, has long been a fascination and a goal of mine. It remains very high on my list of dreams and goals to accomplish. The ability to live comfortably and sustainably, with or without money, with or without the infrastructure of modernity, is a skill set we would all benefit from learning about.

The Starboard Sabbatical
Stargazing on the ocean was one of my favorite things. I had been on the pursuit of the sublime, with abandon. I did not pursue this carelessness by way of frivolity. No, it had been as a result of the ripping insistence of loss and pain. The early understanding of the fragility of life, instead of creating timidity, bred ferocity. The kind that inspired me to paddle my board out into the bay, and lay there watching the stars, waving my legs through the phosphorescence that played on the surfaces of the sea, mirroring the dark night full of stars.

The Red Door
The Real estate listing said “needs love.” This was exactly what I was looking for, a derelict property I could buy for a song. I had been saving every penny for five years, and along with my inheritance, I had enough to buy a property outright. Well, I had enough to buy a 500,000k property outright and a lifetime of property taxes left over.

The Grace of Grieving
When my dear friend (and editor) Lesley asked me to contribute an article on grief, I balked, Hard. Although I am no stranger to grief, I do not feel in any way equipped to advise or direct others around this intensely personal process. In fact, repeating any of the advice I have received on grieving also sounded…less than desirable. So I decided to go on a cultural journey into the many ancient traditions and cultures of death and grieving around the world, as I am Irish, so I will start there.

The Shepard Of Black Sheep
I am torn about making a tribute, as I can almost hear Tom rolling his eyes at the prospect of underserved adulation. I’m sorry Tom, but this is all going to be very authentic love, and appreciation of the Man you were, and maybe are, wherever your soul wanders in this Cosmos.

The Power Of We…
A friend of mine recently sent me this video. Gregg Braden is not new to me, but I always feel really good after I listen to his talks. As an explorer of all things healing and esoteric, I have waded through thousands of hours of content that wasn’t always something I resonated with. I am open minded, but I like truth. I like actual research of antiquity and ancient texts. I like data based on real outcomes. I like the deeper look at where we’ve been, so I can understand more of where we are, also, where we are going.

Brain Games; How the Peak App Has Fixed My Mom Brain.
INTRODUCING; That’s right folks, there is more to conscious ascension than Ohming your way to Nirvana. Don’t get me wrong, meditate like there is no tomorrow, because as Janis would say “Tomorrow Never Happens Man.”

The Art of Fail
The stories of our endeavours will forever remain to adjudicate their own worth. As a member of Vocal Social Society, and a content creator on Vocal, I would like us all to take a moment, to just breath in the joy of sending our work out into the world, and a breath out to expel all the doubts that can begin to take root when we lose a challenge.
