She Is All That. 10 Traits Of A Strong Woman.
The question isn’t who is going to let me. It’s who is going to stop me. A new breed of strong and independent women are rising. Standing on the shoulders of the female ancestors who came before them. Women who were born to be wild. Women who were born to be free.

Camino Cuisine - Tips For Vegans On The Camino De Santiago.
It ain’t easy being a vegan on the Camino de Santiago! On the other hand, it isn’t impossible. During my Caminos in 2016 and 2018, I was a vegetarian which completely went out of the window for both of my Caminos. The need for a constant supply of food for energy without always having a kitchen handy meant that I ate whatever I could get my hands on.

I made a dream come true in 2011. I moved to the Alpujarras, the foothills of the Sierra Nevada in Andalucia, Spain. A collection of villages dot the vast, lush lands of the Alpujarras. It is a paradise for those looking to return to a simple way of living. With a perfect climate, the fertile lands are abundant and many choose to buy a little corner of the earth filled with more fruit trees than you can imagine: lemons and oranges, walnuts and almonds, olive trees that are grown on the most difficult terrain. Everything and anything grows for those willing to tend to the soil; anyone who has a care for what they sow will reap the fruits of their labour.

Brave or Stupid. The F*ck It Moment That Led Me To The Camino de Santiago
In 2011, I made the biggest decision of my life. I had a real “f*ck it” moment. Enough was finally enough. I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. Call it the mother of all endings.
