There are often mixed opinions when it comes to leftovers. Some people love them, some people hate them. Some people even intentionally make too much food so that there will be leftovers. Others go out of their way to ensure that all bits of the meal get consumed in a single sitting.
To say that children are weird is a bit of an understatement. You can often look at the behaviours of children, try to think back to your own childhood, and almost always insist that you were nothing like them.
So, as far as pregnancies go, mine has been rather smooth. It was going so smooth that I didn't even find out until 5 months into it. So, I can't really complain about much on that front. It's been mostly smooth sailing.
Change can be difficult to deal with no matter what age you are. No one really likes change. We get stuck in our routines. We get stuck in our habits. We basically work hard to get ourselves into a comfortable rut, and then we just stay there.
Moving is stressful no matter where you are in life. There is the packing and the cleaning and the organizing. Then there is the loading everything in a truck, driving it to your new destination, unpacking, cleaning, and organizing. It is a trying time for most people. It is a hard time for most people.
Being pregnant is a bit of a roller coaster for most women. You have morning sickness and hormone changes and body changes. You have new homicidal tendencies towards anyone who irritates you. You aren't sleeping. You aren't eating and then you're eating too much. You're out of breath, you're tired, and you're uncomfortable.
